I've become a regular. Tim and his wife are very accommodating and do a great job. I go there for the dip acrylic manicure and she is very thorough. They lured me in with Tim doing my pedicure which was absolutely amazing! Haven't had him since the first time though. Maybe it's just my thing, but I find that men massage harder than women and this is a winner for me. I keep a standing appointment and I recommend that if you can go during the day, it's less busy. Tuesday/Wednesday would be the best days in my opinion. Also, make an appointment. They book up quickly! read more

Very nice. I am not a big fan of getting my nails done, but we have a formal event this weekend so I decided to go with the social convention and get them done. I brought in a Pinterest picture, and they nailed it. (Pun intended.) The nails look very cute, I like the dipper process, and I will actually be back. I used to go to my old nail place and was loyal for about 4 years before the last time I went; the nail tech lady cut me so bad that I was just bleeding away. I found Kelly's nail salon solely from Yelp and saw all their great reviews and I completely understand why their rating is so high. The service was absolutely amazing and my nails are absolutely beautiful. Kelly did my nails herself and she is now my go to nail guru. I cannot rave enough about this place. I got the deluxe spa pedicure and Nhu did it. It's a really clean, calm environment. The techs aren't talking loud or to each other while they are working with you. It's just so peaceful. And just when I think Nhu is about to start applying the polish, there's another component - I love it! While sitting in the chair, I even text a couple of people telling them about this place! The guy at the front desk did however tell me I could make an appointment for 1:00 same day. I didn't mind, but that may be a problem for someone more in a hurry. I came back at 1:00 and was serviced right away! The nail tech that helped me was very helpful and patient (I am very indecisive when picking nail colors). Honestly the only staff member with a customer service attitude is the manager. The rest seem to only treat regulars with any manners. They aren't interested in earning any new regulars I guess. They treated me and my mom like we were annoying them! and one of them was yanking my hand the whole time, when I asked her to be more gentle she buffed my nails harder. My mom requested one of the staff to do her eyebrows and she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes. I honestly felt like it was an inconvenience to have even been there, but as soon as a regular came in they did a complete 180. The manager was so friendly and caring and honestly if the salon has good reviews I know it has to be bc of him. I don't recommend this place. read more
