Kelly's Corner serves food that's a bit more high-brow than your average diner -- so if diner-quality food is your expectation going in, you'll be pleased. The menu covers a lot of ground. Our recent, large order for a crowd included: * Eggplant rollatini -- This was easily my favorite dish of those we tried, made with very thinly sliced eggplant, lightly breaded and fried, and rolled with fresh basil leaves. The two (and a half) generously sized pieces were topped with too much mozzarella for my personal tastes, but the cheese was nicely browned and toasty -- and I know I am probably in the minority when it comes to preference for cheese-to-eggplant ratios. Although the dish wasn't attractively presented when ordered by delivery, it ate beautifully, managing to be both delicate and hearty at the same time. * Ribs -- You know the packaged ribs you get in the supermarket? Think Lloyd's or Plumrose. The ribs at Kelly's Corner are just like that, but warmed through. Basic, oversauced w/ something corn syrupy -- but tender and not unenjoyable. * Cheeseburger sliders -- Three generously portioned sliders, dense patties well done and covered with American cheese, were served on egg-washed Parker house rolls w/ lettuce, tomato, red onion, and dill pickle spears on the side for garnish. Nothing to write home about, but these were kid friendly. * Grilled octopus w/ mashed potatoes and avocado -- The octopus (a lone tentacle) was well grilled and quite tender where it wasn't crispy. It was a touch fishy, but the slice of lemon that came with the dish helped mask the fishiness. Avocado was excellent and perfectly ripe. The mashed potatoes were, to judge by the texture, probably made from scratch. * Grilled scallops over salad avocado -- We received three large, grilled sea scallops alongside a few pieces of grilled shrimp, served over chopped Romaine; more of that good, ripe avocado; with a vinaigrette dressing. The seafood was, again, a touch fishy, but good enough. * Pulled pork sandwich -- Again, the quality of the pulled pork was about on par with what one might find packaged in a supermarket, supersaturated with overly sweet "barbecue sauce." Not unenjoyable -- but if you're a snob when it comes to barbecue, you are advised to avoid. * Potato salad -- This were made from scratch with new red potatoes and dressed with mayonnaise and a touch of mustard. I found the salad to be a bit bland and the potatoes a touch undercooked -- but I'm sure that's a stylistic preference. * Onion rings and curly fries -- Sysco goodness at its best. Gorgeously well fried and, in the case of the onion rings, well battered. * Cole slaw -- This was a very mayonnaise-y rendition, with a good amount of texture and bite left in the cabbage and carrots. I personally prefer a more vinegar-heavy dressing, but still enjoyed this. * Fried zucchini -- I think this could've been amazing fresh out of the fryer, since the batter was thin, the innards tender. But it was extremely over-salted (in the opinion of a true sodium fiend) and sadly, it was delivered cold and soggy. Given the lovely textures in this dish, I'd give this another try, dining in. Le Bernardin this is not -- but we'd gladly stop in for an eat-in meal, again, especially while in transit. Another meal by delivery is probably not in our immediate future: All that Styrofoam packaging weighs heavy on our conscience. (Sorry, great, great, great grandkids.)

I was returning to my office and passing through Patterson, at lunch time. I was having a minor knee surgery on Friday so I wanted to stay on schedule with my meals. So "Kelly's Corner" is more of a Tavern. Seemed like a regular crowd for lunch so must be pretty good, right? After reviewing the menu I settled on a pasta dish with a "pesto sauce" and of course shrimp. If there's Shrimp on a menu I'm probably going for it. Of BTW, comes with salad and choice of dressing. I know I have a problem with patience and I'm working on it, but seemed like a long time for my meal to come out. And although my waitress seemed very nice, she was handling every table and rarely could be found. Not her fault. So the food, because most of what it's about, right? The ziti was cooked well, and the sauce was pretty good, but there was only s few small shrimp, and with the tail on. So I have to go with 3 Stars. That's it. There's a lot of restaurants along Route 22, and I've eaten in many of them but there are still more to try. So I'll be trying them.

I recently moved to the area and was excited to try Kelly's as it looks packed all the time. I went on a Wednesday night when it wasn't overly crowded. I went with my fiancé and toddler daughter, and I wasn't sure it was going to be kid friendly walking in - but it was just fine, the bar area is somewhat segregated from the dining area so that was nice. It was a warm and cozy atmosphere. Server was friendly and polite but like someone else mentioned a little inattentive. Food was just okay, nothing was terrible but nothing was amazing. Prices were very reasonable. The mixed drink my fiancé ordered was nice and strong, and he was pleased with his meal (he got a steak sandwich and the bread was excellent and the steak cooked as he had requested) This was my first time here so I will give it another shot and try a few different items. read more

Went Saturday 3/16 after my son won his tennis tournament at Hardscrabble, recommended by my step dad Dennis Coffey. Good recommendation! the wings came out perfect for us. my salad with goats cheese was excellent. the beef stew in bread bowl was ok, the shepherd's pie was a split decision, real cod beer batter fish n chips was excellent. yes, the parking lot was packed - must be a local favorite. svc was very good. would recommend. read more

IT's ok , maybe 2.5 stars but thats only my opinion. The place is packed always. I would suggest O'conners but the people who go here are locals and they know of the others places in the area and they still come here. There must be a secret handshake or something that I am missing because this place does some business. The parking lot is packed always as I drive to somewhere else. I don't get it but obviously others do. Good luck. read more

When you call for a pick up order, the bartender and kitchen staff leave your food on the floor in a container. Yes! I said the FLOOR. I don't understand this. Regardless if it's in the container or not, I don't want my food near the dirty bar floor. Also can't tell you how many times I've gotten sick from this place. Beware. read more

Came here for dinner on a Friday night with a few friends. I thought the menu was great. There were a ton of different things I wanted to order. They have several different options for sides and I got crispy sweet potato fries with my burger, which was solid, and my friend loved her curly spicy fries. They had an average selection of beer and the prices were reasonable. Our food took a long time but otherwise it was great. I'd definitely go back. read more

I travel a lot. to date, Kelly's has the best wings I've had in any state! Before I moved to NY, I used to travel out of my way to come and get these wings. What makes them so good is how the skin is crispy yet, the meat is tender and moist. I get a basket of "Hell" and it's SOOOOOOOOOOO good. This place has made my wife start eating wings. She used to hate wings until I took her here. read more

Love Kellys! This is the my first local choice for pub food/casual dinner. Everyone loves the wings, but it's the main entrees and soup (and cold beer on tap) that I enjoy most. My son is a fan of the chicken soup - wish they served it every night! Also recommended: the Balboa. read more

Kelly's is a good standby if you're in the mood for some wings or a burger. Prices are reasonable, and they're open late. I believe the wings are baked rather than fried, which is something a little different from other bars and pubs in the area. Also, a worthy mention is the service. They're always fast, and the food is hot. I appreciate that. read more

Kelly's is where to go for the best wings, a great steak, or even a decent grilled veggie sandwich. The parking lot is packed because the food is good, consistently good. Wait staff is fast and friendly. I almost hate to let the secret out. Stay away from Kelly's, it's mine! read more

My family and I visited on 1/16/2012 for lunch on the drive home from Great Barrington, MA. It was a perfect spot for our lunch. Great pub menu with many choices. Stopped here on a Friday night after working. Picked this place due to its reviews and location to our hotel. The place was packed, however we were seated and served in a very timely manner. I had the fish and chips which was very very good and the Carmel Apple pie for desert. Also a great choice. It has a very friendly atmosphere and a bar for your drinking needs. The staff are all very friendly and seems to operate like clockwork. Besides the limited parking issue, I'd go again if I'm in the area. read more

The food here is quite good although I have had somewhat better down in Manhattan--but if you're in the Brewster area this is one of the better places to eat. I wish the drinks were a little bit stronger, though! Very clean, friendly staff, good parking although when they get very busy you may have to park a little further away. read more

Being a local Kellys used to be a twice a month spot for family dinner..as we got older our visits weren't so frequent. Aside from a few take out issues the food is always great and they make the absolute best nachos I've ever had. More than one layer of cheese. Burgers are always cooked to perfection waffle fries are also so good. Service is good and usually the wait isn't that long. Been coming here for 10+ years never really disappointed read more

Having this restaurant a quick five minute drive for me is absolutely amazing. If there's one place I'd go in this town it would be Kelly's Corner. If I had to rate this restaurant, it would be 10/10 simple. Their service is so amazingly quick and polite and honestly the best I've ever seen. The tables are always cleaned off right away, and ready to be eat off of. I always get my food, whether it's a burger or chicken, in a short amount of time and I love that. I would eat anything off of that menu. Would recommend to all my friends. read more

My family and I always go to Kelly's for lunch and occasionally dinner. The waitresses are very nice and always bring our refills without us having to ask. We always play quick draw and we have a blast. The nachos and the quesadillas are very good, I always get the quesadillas whenever we go. The guacamole is also very good. We have never had a problem with the staff or the food. Whenever we need something they always bring it to us right away. If you're in town looking for a place to go eat lunch or dinner Kelly's is definitely the place to go. read more

Very disappointing. My boyfriend described the food here best - bad school cafeteria food. Add the poor service to the picture and you get a restaurant NOT worth a second try. Actually, it wasn't worth the first try. Head north (or south) for food that is fresh and prepared without relying on a deep fat fryer. read more

We were here and ordered a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings, rare. We ordered a regular cheeseburger with French fries, medium rare. The bacon cheeseburger came with the French fries, and the cheeseburger came out with the onion rings. Both burgers came out well done. I have never left a burger on my plate before. There wasn't enough ketchup for me to put on the burger so I could finish it. It's a shame because we used to go there once a month, and we were always satisfied. This time, we couldn't even finish our food. Our waitress didn't show any concerns. We asked for a large cheese fries, and got a small. And if that wasn't a small order, I'd hate to see what a small order was. They were also well done read more

Parking lot packed but we got seated in 5 minutes. I ordered a burger with fries and my friend got the burger and cole slaw. We both really liked it. Not sure why some of the other people here didn't care for it, I say give it a try. The waitress was friendly and attentive in spite of the fact that she was buzzing around catering to a full house. Was totally disappointed :( got wings, fries and a salad to go. Wings were inedible - incredibly greasy/oily and some were completely dried out. Salad was mostly white and was put in the same hot bag as the wings so it was warm and limp by time I picked it up. Fries were fine. read more

Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The only thing that keeps this from being a five-star review is the chicken sandwich, which was disappointingly under-seasoned. Well, they were legitimate complaints. Me and my wife waited roughly 45 - 50 minutes for 2 egg platters. The part that upset me was the people that walked in after us and sat at the counter were served before us. Basically the cook (owner) served his normal customers first. If it wasn't for the long wait time I would've easily scored Bob's 5 stars but 45 - 50 minutes for eggs will deter me from going back.

We ordered them a short stack of blueberry pancakes to share and added on real maple syrup. They were golden and not too thick or heavy. They had to pay the "mom tax" of sharing some with me. My husband ordered eggs, home fries and bacon and the bacon was also perfectly done- something else that we don't often find. This place is charming, there was what sounded like some 80s post-punk playing softly, our server was charming (French accented too perhaps?) and we hope to be back some day!

We did a search for food near us on the highway and this restaurant popped up with only 5 miles to go. So glad we stopped. We ordered wraps to go. The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly to talk to while we waited for the food to go. We were also pleasantly surprised to find delicious fries tucked in with the wraps. We really didn't look to see if they came with anything. I also last minute asked for 2 more sandwiches that looked so good in the case so I didn't have to cook dinner when we got home. Looking forward to eating those later. I'm sure they will be just as delicious as the wraps we ate.

I've been here numerous times as I live up the road. Every time I go, I swear to never go back....but I keep giving them a second and third and fourth and fifth chance. I usually go with my daughter (who always says that she likes the place...and says she doesn't after we've eaten!) This past Sunday will definitely be my last time. I ordered the nachos with beef and guacamole as an appetizer. Very little beef in the dish. So little that I thought that they forgot it, and the guacamole was a little cup on the side. Considering that the addition of the beef and the guacamole was extra dollars, I would have liked more. We then wanted to order our main course...but our server was nowhere to be found. I finally asked another server if we could place our order and this server took it. I ordered the open meatloaf sandwich which came with carrots and mashed potatoes. I hate carrots and substituted mixed veggies. My daughter ordered a salad and teriyaki wings. Well, eventually our food came and my meatloaf had no mashed potatoes on the dish. Again...looking for a server, I asked about the potatoes and the server said she messed up and brought me the potatoes. My meatloaf couldn't have been drier...totally overcooked and must have been sitting there for days. Absolutely horrible. The gravy on the plate tasted burnt, and the mixed vegetables were completely dried out and chewy. Disgusting. My daughter's salad came and I had to laugh. There were about ten leaves of lettuce and a round slice (1) of cucumber. That's it! No tomatoes, no onion, nothing!!! I thought we were being pranked. Her wings came and they were so bad that she only ate three of them. Dry, super salty and drenched in the teriyaki sauce. I tasted one and it was inedible. The best was dessert....A warm chocolate molten cake with ice cream. I can't explain to you the shock of what came to our table as our dessert. Picture a small dish with a slop of what looked like chocolate sauce, Ice cream and whipped cream all jammed on this tiny plate. I was wondering where the cake was? It was the slop of what looked like chocolate sauce which had a burnt taste to it. They probably nuked it too long. Absolutely disgusting flat glob of burnt chocolate something. With all that said, our server was very pleasant, and the place is always packed. I don't get it? I've never gotten it, and I never will. The food is always terrible every time I have gone there. Not just average....TERRIBLE! Whoever is in the kitchen, has no idea what they are doing. It shows in the presentation of the food, the texture of the food, the taste of the food, and everything is always overcooked....even the overnuked chocolate slop. This is it, even though they are super convenient to me, I pledge here and now, I will never enter those doors again. Never. UGH! read more

9/26 kelly's corner allowed a large loud group of adults & children most not complying with social distance or wearing masks They moved tables blocking ppl from exiting the outdoor tent The parents were as loud as the kids. Saw a group leaving & the "parents" of the loud bunch made fun of the adults complying with the COVID requirements social distance & to wear masks when not sitting Adults & Kids were walking around and entering & exiting the restaurant with no masks obviously they don't care about their employees Parents should to be an example I've tried to post on their fb page they keep deleting & blocked from posting read more

Went to Kelly's after a meeting today. Great place! Food was very good( Pub style) and the prices were very good. They had a beer special for $2:75 and a great onion soup for $3:50. Service was good but alittle rushed because they were so busy. I wish I lived closer to this place I would be a regular for sure! Next time I come over to Brewster I know we're I'm eating. read more

I go there once in a while. I had the chicken club and the chicken was not cooked properly and a little raw making it crunchy. They happily exchange it for another dish. Service is no big deal but at least they have a smile on their faces read more

My wife and I eat here often. Great food always. FAST service. You will often have to wait for a table but its only ever 15 minutes. Great place to eat if you want to have great food for a reasonable price. read more
