I went in to get a single cut and left with a full-on membership. The stylist was personable and did a fantastic job. Shortly after my visit, I told some of my friends about it and one signed up for a membership. However, when he asked to use a referral with my name, they said they couldn't find me in the system. So, I emailed the support staff and they retroactively applied the discount and took care of everything with no questions asked within an hour. I have literally nothing bad to say about Keep It Cut. This one is a long time coming. I've been going to Keep it Cut for about 6 months now. I took a membership my first visit and haven't looked back. I've had a few different barbers due to my ever work changing schedule. Chris in the Tempe location has consistently delivered. He takes his time and gives me the cut I ask for every time. I'd like to further endorse him by mentioning that after a TERRIBLE haircut at another location(again due to my schedule), he not only fixed it but made it better than what I originally wanted. Honorable mention to Raymon at the Tempe location as well. He does a great job. I'm very particular about my hair and get cuts just about every week. This place is awesome! When I first moved to the Phoenix area from Seattle it took some trial and error to find the right barber. Thankfully a friend recommended that I check out this place out. First, you can't beat the membership price. Incredible value! With that aside though, they provide excellent service in a super cool environment. I would highly recommend Chris. He's an extremely funny guy and excellent at what he does. You'll leave with a great haircut and some good laughs from his random jokes. read more

I have a monthly membership at keep it cut. Today, I checked in online for 7:20PM and I was there at 7:05PM at the keep it cut in Tempe 85282. There were 2 female stylists (I couldn't recollect their names right away). They were so rude and they did not answer me. They both were doing haircuts for there friends who came after me at 7:30. I was waiting for 45 mins and they never bothered to call me. I got pissed off and walked away. I will check their names and post it tomorrow. Please don't book an appointment with them. I never expected such services from keep it cut. And I will cancel my membership with them because there is no point in paying for the membership when there is no service for it. read more

If you get your hair cut more than once a month, this place is the move of the decade. The $29/month for unlimited haircuts is so nice, not to mention the stylists are very friendly and there is online check in, so you never really have to wait to get chopped up. I've been going here for about six months now and I am blown away by the services provided here. I've had the same hair style for about 12 years and it's been a long up hill battle trying to find someone who understands what it is I need and how to get it just right. I was originally interested in the place because you have the option of signing up for a membership. flat rate every month (not expensive) and you can pop in whenever you need to. I was sold on that fact alone. But when I started going there I noticed that every single employee seemed to really know their stuff. Super nice and very professional. well when I first started going there I would just pick any available stylist to see. About 3 months of being a satisfied customer I randomly scheduled an appointment with Sidney. Boom!!! Remind you that for the last 12 years NO ONE could quite get it just the way I wanted it. Explained to her what I wanted and the years of frustration that followed and she instinctively knew exactly what she needed to do and did it like she's heard this a million times. Hands down the best stylist I've met and proud to say I finally have what I need. Always prepared and good conversation when everytime I pop in. Now instead of having to get a cut once , sometimes twice a week, because of her I can sometimes maintain 1 cut for almost a whole month if I need to without looking like a scrub. And with my busy schedule that makes all the difference right there. And if you can't tell by what I just wrote, I'm a bit on the picky side. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone is supe nice and knows what they're doing but me personally..... Sidney is where it's at. Wish I could rate more stars. Updating my review - I was on the monthly plan, but wanted to make a change and wanted to give the Keep it Cut employee who signed me up credit for the sale, even though I changed programs. I was told that wasn't possible since the employee wasn't working that particular day so credit was going to whomever entered the sale for the monthly plan. I am not going to give credit for a sale to someone who knows how to type when the real sales person is missing out on the commission. I decided to go somewhere else. If a company doesn't treat their employees fairly, they are not going to keep good employees. Downgraded from 5 stars to 2 stars. From 03/26/2016: First time to this shop. I ran into this guy Chris, at a Sprouts in Scottsdale. He overheard me making jokes about my hair getting so long, that I was going to start wearing a man bun. He commented that he could "fix it" hahaha. So he told me about "Keep It Cut" and their concept. I thought it sounded cool, but I have been going to the same person to cut/trim my hair, for 10 years. She's great. But Keep It Cut in Tempe is only 5 minutes away from me. I haven't "gambled" on letting someone else cut my hair in over a decade, but Chris was really passionate about changing up my style. So, I took a chance. Anyway, I'm glad I did!! It's the first time I had a closer cut style in years, and it was just what I needed. I am now a loyal Keep It Cut fan, and Chris Pollard is my go to guy for my cuts.
