It was an ass chewing session out in public on the street. Boss screaming at an employee. Totally awful situation! I walked in and told them I am here. The receptionist said the owner will be available shortly. I asked if the lady screaming her lungs out at the hair stylist on the street will be cutting my hair and they said yes. She was screaming at her employee about work related stuff which was clear, and she was red in her face how drastic it was! Her employees gave me permission to take a picture of them for Yelp review at the time when I was hoping to use their service and as an elite Yelper I always ask before taking pictures. Employees also indicated that the owner was unhappy with that particular person but they offered a different stylist which I declined on principle. Spur of the moment scheduled an appointment and came in with neutral expectations, nervous because of how long my hair was. Ella was my stylist and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She ended up cutting off about nine inches of hair and I was super nervous that it would end up too short, but she perfectly cut my hair just like my inspiration pictures and I have never been happier. He got a buzz and the woman who helped him was so nice. The ambiance is super cool, good music (although could be loud for some), the wall has paintings of pictures and graffiti and other and it was just cool, and there were some tvs. My boyfriend goes to the Floyd's in northern glendale or so and he loves it, he goes regularly.
