I needed venture out for a place closer to home. First place was booked and terminal barber shop was second. It seemed busy but there were a couple of seats left for me and my son. It was a walk-in style barbershop where you pull a ticket and when your number is called it's your turn. This location operated as a team where they communicate with one another, care about the efficiency, and lastly the finishing product is something that speaks for itself self. Got my last 3 haircuts here. Have been amazing for the first 2. My most recent one however. This guy actually destroyed my hair. Like it is absolutely horrendous. The curse of the inconsistent cut quality from this location strikes again. I'd really prefer just getting a "good" cut each time from this business instead of getting 50% world-class, social media brag level cuts, and 50% "Great Clips" level cuts. Quality of the haircuts are good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Expect LONG waits. They use a number system but people frequently get to skip the line. You might have only a few numbers ahead of you but that doesn't mean you'll be seen in that order. What might seem as a 30 min wait can be extended for hours. I do not recommend if you have someplace important to be and you are on a schedule. If you have a whole afternoon to kill and no social life then this is the place for you. read more

I'd like to start by saying the barbers here are extremely kind and welcoming when you go into the shop. I walked in and Ibo took me straight to his chair. I am so happy I ran across this shop on yelp! I was looking for something last minute so most places were completely booked but I was saved by this shop because they take walk-ins!! Josh was my barber and he did such an amazing job with my undercut. I come in with everything specifically needed. Length I wanted, reference photos with my hair type, and previous reference photos of myself. The dude said he could make that happen and has been cutting hair since he was 13 and it'll look great. It wasn't a very complicated cut either. He then proceeds to completely shave the sides and back of my head and give me one of the worst fades I've seen in my life when all I wanted was a low taper with medium length on the top. He then cut the top and front of my hair over an inch shorter than I asked (and showed) and had some of the worst texturing ive ever seen trying to clean it up. read more

This place was awesome! They do not take appointments so my husband and I walked in and their system is taking a number. You could tell that this place is popular as there was so many people waiting and every barber had someone in their seat. We waited about 20-30 minutes and my husband was seen for a beard trim and complete head shave. From what my husband said he really enjoyed how detail oriented his barber was and the products that are used. How this barbershop has the ratings it does it way past me, but I'm going to rate it truly what it's worth. The aesthetics of this place is why it getting a 3 and not a 1. It has an old school feel which is really dope. Walking in you can easily think, this is the barbershop to be at. However, it's a fugazzi, the barber third chair in from the door was mediocre at best. I think I may have gotten a better line up and fade at Supercuts as a kid. Idk if he's new or if he just doesn't care about his craft. This place is high volume with walk ins so I think they just care about making a dollar over a quality hair cut. The kid didn't even use a straight razor to line me up.... Not to mention very unwelcoming. I showed the young barber a picture of a pretty basic mid fade and he said "no problem". 35 minutes later after he stopped to mess with the overhead radio a half dozen times I was left with an uneve fade with long hairs sticking out all over my sides and it doesn't even really blend into the long top I kept asking him to take more off of and thin out. Hands down my favorite barbershop!! Every time you come here you are always greeted and feel like a friend or family. I come and see Michael for my cuts and he is always full of smiles and the best haircut I've received. I've sat with a few of the other barbers and all were equally as talented as Michael. Each barber has their own style and they are all suited to take care of any hairstyle. There's also a range of haircuts or washes that are available if you need something for the night out or just a typical clean up. This place is great for what you pay. Lines have been crazy recently so try to come in at times when people don't usually get a haircut (mornings and before 1/2.) The guys here are great if you are looking for a general guys cut. They do fades, trims, beards, and eyebrow threading, and they do a great job.
