Fatima gives every person individual attention, and she is not only knowledgeable in hair but also in cosmetology. She has given me great advice and recommendations on skin care. Started coming here a few months ago and have been very happy and impressed. I have naturally very dark brown hair but like to keep my hair extremely blonde. She has been great with keeping me blonde but also reducing the damage on my hair. I can be a little picky and she has been so great with getting my hair exactly how I like it :) She is punctual and much quicker than the large chains who would keep me there for hours. I called in to get an appointment and she closes at 6... I was there by 4:30 because my appointment was at 5... what I wanted was some highlights and a cut... and a full color... when she did the full color it was weird almost like trying to save time to just do it all then add in highlights later... never had them done like that (I have been wearing extensions for years, so not super familiar with the prices) then she put the highlights in whiteout my hair dry (and it still had the other color I'm it because she said she didn't have to wash it out good because she will have to wash my highlights too! So she blow dries my hair to when it was damp then putting the blonde in... it didn't work... she told me this is all I can get!!! well... oh also she chipped a going portion of my hair to save die so that's still uneven (and I am home now) I have orange hair and my highlights done even go to the end of my hair... I have orange highlights (which.. duhhh that's not what I going for ... her words exactly "this is all u can get" plus her online charges are more than double. I have collar bone hair and she tied to charge me 170 for highlights and 80 for a full color (which she did it backwards. Because then I want to have orange hair)And 30 for a cut when it says on the website 20. When I asked her about that prices on the website which says highlights $65 and Cuts $20... it was just a joke!!! I walked out of course paying her but I let her know this is not what I came in for... I have orange hair... thank hod I have a sense of humor and I am just going orange for Halloween.... still have to pay someone to cut my hair because who knows what she did to it then she was mad she didn't get a tip!!!!! I won't ever go there again!!!! Oh and if u do go there make sure u bring your own water and she doesn't spray your head with freezing water... I should have known when she is the owner and I have never seen anyone else in there with her.... and she kept yelling at me saying toner is extra blah blah blah.... then when she went to run my card she told me how much she was running oh for... after I said can we come to an agreement this is not what I wanted and I have orange hair!! She had my card in her hand and ran it for what she wanted.. prob why she doesn't have business in there... now I need to find a hairdresser to fix my hair!!! Fatima is a very skilled hair stylist, right up there with the best I've ever been to at a range of prices. My hair is a challenge to cut due to being wavy to varying degrees on different parts of my head, plus I have different textures of hair since it's salt and pepper color. Also, I need a precise cut since my style is short. Fatima is more than capable of handling these challenges at a totally reasonable price, all while being kind, attentive, and very thoughtful & good natured company. Also, she compliments me on my natural silver and brown color and does not tell me how young I'd look if I let her dye it. She also cuts my son's hair just right, and she is so caring and attentive, you'd think she had known us for years or was a friend of the family. I also appreciate that she's a local small business owner and getting ready to expand her services, creating jobs and providing local color. She's now our stylist for life and I'm so thankful and pleased to have her in our neighborhood. read more

A while back I walked in for a quote on my hair I was told a lower price then when she rang me up for. I came here to get my blonde roots touched up and tone my hair. The owner who did my hair didn't seem to know what she was doing (which I should've known when I seen her fried hair herself) she was asking another coworker how to go about the start. She bleached my roots but only rinsed it and left my scalp burning while putting a cheap toner on my hair that didn't take it, so we had to re-do the process (of only rinsing out) and put on another toner that still doesn't match the rest of my hair. It took way longer than expected and I walked out with dripping hair because I was going in to the next clients time. She rang me up but didn't give me my change back and told me have a good day (which I'm guessing she kept my change as a tip) I thought it was a cute little place and near my house but lesson learned... I live in the neighborhood and was driving by Faces the other day on my way home from work and saw the sign outside that said they offer eyebrow threading. I walked in yesterday with no appointment and Kantima took care of me right away! I was only planning on eyebrows, but Kantima offered me a deal including lip threading as well so I took advantage and couldn't be happier with the results!!!
