I've been getting my hair cut by Ali for almost 3 years now, the way he cuts my hair is a standard, he recently left a previous barber shop to open his own and I didn't know about it initially so started seeing other barbers and to be honest I could tell a major difference. I've been coming to Suns Barbershop for 5 months now. My prior barber was out of town and I needed someone to step in and save the day. Each time I've come to Suns, Haydar has been my barber and you can tell he's a master at his craft. He takes his time and pays attention to detail. Fades are on point and does an amazing job on my beard and line ups. Vibe in the shop is on point. All the barbers are welcoming, you can tell they are pros too. Went looking for a place for a good cut and was definitely not disappointed! My roomate and I came in for just 2 cuts, we were greeted upon entry and both were in the barber chair within seconds! Haydar gave me one of the best cuts I have ever gotten. He paid attention to every single detail, struck up some good conversation, and was just really friendly through the cut. I highly recommend this place! It's one of those hole in the wall barbers not many know about, but this place is so worth visiting. I came here as a walk in 30min before closing and they happily welcomed me in with a smile. Ali was fast and precise at the same time! I've been here about three times already and I love how I come out the door they are super friendly and they listen to you and not just go in with their sizers and clippers. Good barbers are hard to find! I've have only trusted a handful of barbers. When moving to AZ from California had to find a new barbershop. I found the best barber and shop in the whole valley. These dudes are artists. I did not think I would be getting the best cut of my life for a price any student would find to be reasonable. I'm freaking stoked man. Suns Barber is one of the best barber shops in Tempe. I tried a couple others, but Sun Barber was much better. I recommend Ali, he's extremely talented and efficient. He does a great job with fade haircuts A regular haircut is $25 which is very reasonable considering other shops can be upwards of $40. read more
