This is for call back due to defective double kitchen sink…read more Plumber Korey was on it and he was assigned the job and did great job and due to my earlier frustration with slow office support (they should just say they are understaffed and slow) that he would follow-up with me. They are on the higher $ide but are worth it. I joined Ohana Club for just in case.

He said i need to change the prv valve before any repairs could be done as the water pressure should be around 60psi. I have changed the prv in the past, about 4/5 years ago so i told him to go ahead and change it as im pressed for time havjng to work and prepare for the incoming typhoon. He didnt have a valve so needed to go to city mill to get one which they had in stock. The total repair came out to $4100, of which and i'll break it down cost wise. Costs gotten at a consumer pricing from Home Depot Now mind you this is the retail pricing for an normal consumer, not professional pricing (what you or i would pay if going into the store) Prv valve $89 5' length 3/4" copper pipe $50 Fittings $50 Ball valve shut off $ 19 Total of parts $208 $4100 minus the parts needed $208 $3892 labor 18 minutes to complete the repair, say 30 to make it easy $7784 in labor charge per hour I guess i should have purchased a solderless crimper and done it myself for a savings of $3900 Work was done professionally and quickly as promised and the area cleaned up before completion but the labor cost is whats bugging me- guess i got into the wrong profession

It was not the cheapest but I was impressed by their timely responses and no sales pitch. Very straightforward. I was given several dates and times to choose from and they scheduled me. Two techs showed up, a little early which was perfect, they got right to it. Super polite, took their shoes off. My AC's were filthy and gross. They cleaned and sanitized without leaving any mess behind. My refrigerant was low with a suspected leak, however that will have to be a next month problem. They urged me to top off and fix the leak as soon as possible and let me know what would happen if I didn't fix it soon. Message received and understood. Thank you Ultimate Air Conditioning! I'll be in touch next month! Ps: the AC was cold before but it is extremely cold and feels super clean now. Shot out to Kimberly for the quick and painless quote and scheduling and to Keahi and Levi for the amazing service and advice!

Updated Review (05/08/2026): Woke up this morning to a wet spot on my couch. Can you guess what…read morecaused it? Our a/c is still leaking, even after someone was sent to remedy the situation. This is so unacceptable. I paid over $400 to get my a/c cleaned, and now I'll probably be stuck with an even bigger bill to get it repaired or replaced since something is clearly wrong with it now after this company 'cleaned' my a/c units. Buyer beware. Further Update (05/08/2026): The company contacted me via text, and it is clear they are not capable of properly assessing an a/c system prior to beginning a service nor are they capable of handling systems that drain into a single drain line. A quick Google search indicates that two a/c units sharing a single drain is not uncommon, so I fear for others who have the same type of system as me. While they remained professional in their communications at first (which was the primary reason for my initial revised 4-star review), it is apparent that they do not have the knowledge or skills to properly complete the job for which they are hired and they aren't willing to take accountability for damage that they caused. If they didn't know how to handle a system like ours, then they should not have performed the service in the first place. Our a/c units were in perfect working condition (no issues, no leaks) before they came to 'clean' it for us. We've scheduled to have another company assess the damage and repair it for us, which will now cost hundreds of dollars more than the initial cleaning cost. For this reason, it is not hard to see why a customer would give a 1-star review and a strong 'do not recommend' warning to others. Text conversation with the company is included below for reference.
