Jordan, Randall and the rest of the team at Craig's Air Conditioning were absolutely respectful, kind, they actual listened, on time, super clean, a great eye for detail and just most thoughtful contractor I have hired in countless years. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with this company. Jordan, gosh, he just was on the spot with ever detail - even down to were we hung the remote holders. He spent real time reviewing our home's setup to recommend where the outside unit should be located. We were pleasantly surprised by his perfect design. Never a short cut anywhere! Plus factoring in that we are located down towards South Point, most contractors just flaked or were not willing to come to us. This company went the extra mile(s) literally and I/we am/are completely willing to give a reference and/or answer questions about Craig's Air Conditioning, Jordan and my experience with the installation of my AC units. Mahalo to Jordan, Randall and the whole team!!! read more

We have 7 AC systems with Craig's Air. We had worked with many other companies and by far he is the very best in Hawaii. Very knowledgeable and fair prices. Went above and beyond to have this large of a system installed on a weekend. Much appreciation for helping us have a functional office come Monday morning. I would recommend his company for any AC work. You will know right away how Akamai and genuine he is. read more

AC split units in our upstairs bedrooms were not blowing cold air. I called Craig's AC since they were the ones who installed the units a few years ago. Their technicians came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and effected the necessary repairs. These guys are really good! I highly recommend Craig's for all your AC needs. read more

Noah came to our Mililani home this morning to service our 2 split level air conditioners. What a great guy! He looked at the first one and said, " This one is fine. Nothing needs to be done." Then, he meticulously worked on the second one. His honesty and straightforward approach were a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Craig's Air Conditioning because of our good experience with Noah today. Larry Lee Mililani read more

I was having this company do my annual central air maintenance. When it came time to replace my system, I had them put in my new Carrier system. My experience with them is always positive, so I will continue to use them for my home's AC needs. They will also be making a proposal for our commercial building AC service, and hopefully they can help us there too. read more

So happy I went with Craig's for my new Central Air Conditioner Unit! After numerous bids and careful consideration, Craig's was hands-down the best overall value on the island. Making a large purchase is stressful for me. I wanted to be 100% confident with both the product and services I selected. Craig's lived up to their promises. On time, on budget, easy to work with and wonderful staff. Couldn't be happier and... cooler with their outstanding company! read more

Craig's Air Conditioning came to clean our systems (2)! James and Danny was the service tech! Unreal service. They showed up on time and explained the plan to accomplish the task. They clean our systems out with professionalism! They also clean up after and left us with a clean system! Like new again. Thank you for the two technicians that completed the job today! Top notch service! Mahalo James and Danny. I highly recommend Craig's Air Conditioning for all your air conditioning needs and wants! read more

Top notch outfit! I couldn't be happier. We had a Bosch Central a/c installed as a replacement for our 24 yr old system. Jordan and Keoni were expert installers. Removed the old system and installed the new system with expert efficiency. Treated our house with respect. Vacuumed everywhere they worked. I highly recommend Craig's A/C. read more

Craig's just replaced our 22+ year central ac. Their quote was the best price-wise, and we got several. They showed up on time, with a very friendly and professional team. Having them in the house for the day was no problem. They installed everything, checked their work, and cleaned up as they left. Can't recommend them highly enough. Not a fun expense to have to shell out for, but felt so good knowing we could trust the work, and the team that was here for the day. Thank you, Craig's!! read more

Aloha! leaving this review for anyone searching for a great A/C installation company....Craig's A/C installed our 2A/C split system Fujitsu at our home at Sunset beach a few years back....love loved the professional service arriving on time and doing such a great job....so I called them back to do our tenants unite....then when my 94 year old bedridden dad moved closer to my parents home in Wahiawa...the room was hot so I asked the cargiviver's ohana if I could install a A/C for dad to keep him comfortable and cool....and right away they scheduled an appointment and got it done!! Mahalo Craig...dad is comfortable and grateful ...I always refer this Biz when others ask me...Support Local!! read more

I reached out for a quote to inspect our A/C system which we suspected was leaking fluid into our second floor carpet. Next available appointment was after the weekend. Technician team of two showed up on time, were very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained that our overflow piping has clogged and were able to fix the issue quickly. Pricing was fair. Quality of work was great. We've had no issues with our system since the service. We will continue to use their services for any future A/C needs. read more

I've said this before and will say it again, "Craig's Air Conditioning can't be beat!" Craig's has been servicing and repairing our three air conditioner units for over 10 years and I will use them for the next 10+ years. Thank you to all at Craig's! read more

I've been wanting to get our split air serviced for awhile now but just couldn't find one. I did find one that failed so my search started all over again. From the moment I messaged Craig's Air for a quote, I immediately got a response. Thank you Kelsey P. for your awesome customer service. I had my date and time scheduled between 11a-1p, little did I know they were going to show up closer to 12:30p. Two vans showed up and I was like wow, I have two people to help with the service. They were apologetic about showing up later as the map sent them to a wrong place. It was understandable because we live in a newer development. Whatever they did helped the cracking noise for both split AC units. Thank you Rickie for explaining the problem thoroughly. You and your wingman did a great job. read more

Contacted Craig's Air Conditioning on a Thursday and explained hot air was blowing out of the air conditioner. Was given an appointment with an email reminder for the following Wednesday. After the scheduled time on Wednesday passed and no one arrived, I contacted Kelsey from Craig's who stated the appointment was actually the next Wednesday. Kelsey corrected this promptly and offered an appointment for the very next day. Thank you Kelsey! Rickie and Neil arrived, asked a few questions and got right to work. They were able to identify the cause of the hot air and fix the problem. Appreciate their answers to all the questions I had about what they were doing. Both were very courteous, professional and efficient. Thanks Rickie and Neil! First time using and would recommend Craig's Air Conditioning! read more

Finally, after 7 months of living with a sub-par AC, I slept in a nice cold 68 degree bedroom last night! One of the main non-negotiable things I need when looking for somewhere to live is air conditioning. I get hot easily and hate going to bed sweaty. I was disappointed that our air conditioning split AC units in our rental were not working as well as I thought they should. We went through the property manager to fix our split AC and I'm glad that they contract Craig's Air Conditioning. Noah came the first time to check both split AC units and noticed that neither had been cleaned by prior tenants and recommended that each have a chemical cleaning. He showed me how to clean the filters and explained how the AC unit works. He said I would need to reschedule for the full cleaning once the owner approves the charge. The second time Michael came out to clean the AC units. I appreciated that he and his coworker moved our dresser and bookshelf in order to clean the AC units and then moved everything back afterwards. Both Noah and Michael were friendly and professional and did the work quickly. Thank you Craig's Air Conditioning for your assistance and services! read more

I love this company!! They have been m y go to guys for the past ten years and always given me great service. It is however recently that I really had a situation that they came through and totally saved the day. I had a fire behind my tattoo shop that took out my entire air-conditioning system and closed me down for a month. I immediately called Craigs who sent Noah out the very next day to get me and estimate for the insurance company. I had about 12 people out of work and waiting to get approval from the insurance before proceeding with the ac installation. As soon as I got approval Craigs was able to get me scheduled that same week and ev en came out over the weekend to make sure I got back open. They sent me the most fantastic team of technicians that I could have asked for and they all worked so hard for two days straight to get me up and back in business. I want to give a huge thankful aloha to Keoni, Danny, Uncle Davi, Jimmy and Josh who just really worked so great together and even the electricians Teddy and Nathan, all just gave their hearts I cannot recommend this company enough!!!! read more

Craig's came highly recommended. I checked them on Yelp and was pleased they had good reviews. I called and talked to Jasmine. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. So i made an appointment to have my a/c serviced and had them change my filter and check my 2 UV lights. On the service day Mike the tech was very professional and takes pride in his work. He let me know step by step on what he was gonna do in the service of my a/c. He also answered all my questions too. I'm glad I went with Craigs. Not only they have reasonable prices their employees have superior customer service skills. read more

My second encounter with Craig's Air Conditioning unfortunately was not a positive experience. My A/C unit was blowing hot air; so I contacted Craig's A/C to get a price quote and the scope of work required. Craig's A/C sent over one of their technicians. He did a brief analysis testing my outdoor and attic units, and immediately came up with the conclusion that we would have to replace the entire unit. The cost estimate to replace the entire unit? $7K - $11K+. I wanted a 2nd opinion before we spent $7K-$11K on replacing an entire A/C unit. The other company did a thorough detailed analysis checking our outdoor unit, attic unit; and monitor on the wall. Their conclusion was that all we needed was a brand new A/C monitor on the wall, because the A/C monitor was not properly communicating to the units outside and in the attic. No need to replace the entire unit; they said The cost to replace the A/C monitor with the other company? Less than $250. Needless to say I ended up replacing the monitor with the other company which saved me $10K+ from what Craig's technician and team quoted. This was months ago back in October '18, and I am happy to report that my A\C monitor that only cost $250 to replace is still working 7 months later! I'd like to think this was an anomaly or that the technician was having an "off" day, because I've had positive experience with Craig's otherwise and they have a good reputation. But unfortunately due to this poor experience, I will most likely be hiring the other company from now on when I need A/C services. My recommendation is to ALWAYS get a 2nd even a 3rd opinion before you fix your major home appliances. It may end up saving you thousands of dollars, just like I did. read more

Extremely satisfied with this company's professionalism and service! Recommend to all! PROs: The company called me back after leaving an inquiry on their website over the weekend. She called me back on Monday, just 24 hours after making the request for service! Even during their peak season on Oahu they fit my home in in only 10 days. Average wait time on the island was at least 2-3 weeks everywhere else. The technician was very thorough, knowledge, and courteous. He completed a full service of my system in about 3 hours. His services provided immediate results and made my AC system run more efficiently and colder than before. Also the company offered a $75 rebate through Hawaii Electric before coming out. It was a very easy process to receive it. I would ask about that for sure. CONs: None! read more

Excellent company and people to work with! The workers were respectful, helpful, knowledgeable!

I needed to replace my 25 year old system and emailed 6 different companies for bids. Listing my current model and replacement wish, my, phone number and email address. Only three companies responded even with follow up phone calls. Craig came out himself and submitted a bid and left his business card too. They have a receptionist which is better than having a family Member answer the phone. She guided me through the process of submitting a payment and scheduling an installation. They will be installing my units in one week. They won the bid based on model type Fujitsu and warranty and price. Having a receptionist was a bonus. I will need cleaning so I still have the three contacts and they can provide bids for annual cleaning, read more

Both my husband and I tried to reach out to the company by phone to schedule an appointment. I was told that the scheduler was on the other line and they took my name and number to have them call back. My husband said he also left a message and was waiting for a call back. Neither my husband or I received a call back from this company. My AC is broken. I dont have time to wait multiple days for someone to tell me if they could repair our unit or not. I booked marked this company because I liked their reviews. Now, I'll just forget about it and find someone else. read more

Need new Central or split? LOOK NO FURTHER! Besides low price, they are the BOMB! Neighbor and word of mouth is important. The people are awesome; Estimator, Installers, and office people are so ALOHA. I have a medical condition and they came faster than anybody! I was suffering from the heat. My house has a lot of repair people, never the kindest people. BEWARE of the fraud people said "Pay $4,000 cash now and pay to company $5,400" WT *?" I spent considerable time trying to find the right AC installation contractor to replace two large attic located AC units. I decided to have Craig's Air Conditioning company in Kapolei do the replacement. The company's pricing, service, and quality workmanship are rated more than five stars for my AC replacement job To illustrate the complexity of my home AC installation, Craig's AC installed two new Carrier air condensers, air handlers, and smart thermostats. The new installations were unique and difficult to install. Both attic air handler units were suspended from attic support beams instead of laying the units on attic floor mounts. This suspended structure provides much longer AC system life than floor mounted AC units. In addition, Carrier units are the best, high quality AC units available. To my surprise the installation teams did the job in one day for each individual AC unit system. The two units were installed during hot Ewa weather in a hot attic environment. Cooling performance of the Carrier units after installation significantly exceeded the previous AC unit performance. Another key note, the Craig installation teams, including office personnel, were exceptionally helpful in providing necessary information and equipment operational instruction. Every person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about high quality workmanship and making customers happy. Due to the large increase in residential and commercial AC work and long, hot summers on Oahu, someone needing AC assistance can experience long waits and other problems. Your best company to call and maintain a long term maintenance relationship is Craig's Air Conditioning in Kapolei, HI. read more

We had a MAJOR AC install at our church that we were apprehensive about. Craig and Keoni came out looked at the situation and told me it would be no problem for them. I was worried about the cost, but Craig gave me a same-day estimate saving THOUSANDS over what we had been quoted before and a promise to have it done within the week. Craig and his crew got the work done right the first time and ahead of schedule. In a couple of places, they had to cut into the wall to run their necessary connections. No problem! They repaired, refinished and PAINTED the drywall so you could not even tell it had been touched. We've had other contractors that leave a mess behind, wire clippings here, leftover hose there, dust everywhere, but Craig's brought their own vacuum cleaner, wiped everything down, moved furniture back in place, even setup the chairs in our auditorium. Craig is personally invested and Keoni and his crew are 100% on point! Ypu need AC? Craig is the MAN! read more

I called for an estimate on my split unit to see if the first estimate I got from another company was fair. I find out that my system does not need to be replaced, it just needs a deep cleaning. The technician gives me three estimates with NO HESITATION. I choose the most expensive, $575. I'm told I'll get a call to schedule the cleaning. I waited a week, no call. I called them. I'm told that I will be charged approximately $750 plus tax. I explained to the lady on the other end of the phone what I was quoted by THEY'RE TECH. I also told her that he did not in anyway hesitate while quoting and explaining each cleaning. She says, no, it's $750 plus tax. After a moment of hesitation on my part she says, let me call you back. It's the weekend so I don't expect a call. I waited till Monday, no call. I decided to find another company. I own a business. I make sure my associates know what each item cost. If for whatever reason they misquote a price, I HONOR IT, no question! Suggestion, give your techs a cheat sheet however, I don't believe the tech was wrong, he was very specific and confident with his explanation read more

Don't know the name of the guy that came out to service my ac unit but he was very professional and answered all my questions and even gave me tutorial on how to care and clean my ac unit as well as using my remote properly. The customer service was great. Jasmine was very courteous and professional as she set my appointment time and day for cleaning and maintenance on my split AC. The day of my appointment, Mikey asked if they could come early which was a welcomed surprise since I was anticipating them to show up the last minutes of my appointed schedule (2pm-3pm). Mikey and Keone introduced themselves. The guys came in and knew what needed to be done. They were explaining the entire cleaning process to me and what I could do on my own. Awesome job! read more

Came on time and very courteous and professional. And HONEST. The only problem was the capacitor, which starts the fan motor, the only reason the house wasn't cooling. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in short order and Noah Townsend, Assistant Foreman, did his work thoroughly, checking the interior, attic, vents, insulation, the temperature, and taught me how to program the controls. This IS as good as it gets. Glad not to have spent $10,000 for a $38 part. Thank you Craig's Air Conditioning! read more

Craig's Air Conditioning again provided top notch service!!! In July 2020, Josh and Ricky were so diligent and prompt as they reported to our home as scheduled to do the air conditioning tune-up. Craig Kojima of Craig's AC rescued my family from a disaster when the bedrooms unit (3 zone) died. It was original, old and on it's last legs. They came in and had the new one installed in less than a day. When they left, except for the new units, you would never know anyone was there. The new system is an unbelievable improvement over the old one. TODAY, they came back because our living room unit, same age and condition (original) died and in this heat WE were dying. They found the right size unit to replace the old one with, saved me some money by choosing a smaller unit that's more efficient and had it installed in just a couple of hours - same result, no hassle, no mess, and way better performance than the old one. Don't use anyone else! read more
