From start to finish Allan was there and in between doing all of the work. He not only gives a very professional examination of the work to be done and a nice competitive bid, he also is the guy on the job with his partner Abel! They not only stayed on the job and worked methodically each day of a Monday through Friday work week, until completion; they did it without complaint and with lots of care. I will plan to hire them again, any chance I get! They also fixed some poor roofing work that a roofing contractor did a few weeks before. I also needed a little concrete repair which they could also do. They planned their time really well and I did not have to stress about any mess because they hauled away their rubbish every day and didn't try to sneakily leave it behind for me to deal with. Keeping the customer informed and being accountable and punctual is important in making the customer feel appreciated. Will is a great guy and thoughtful. *DON'T DO IT - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED*…read more Michael was hired to "professionally clean" our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and shampoo/vacuum/steam our carpet on 12/3/2019 at 9am but he came about 15 mins late. Whatever, it was fine. He initially quoted me $375-$425 on yelp but after our initial walk through he changed the quote to $492.15 because he didn't know our living room and hall way had carpet. Ok whatever, that's fine too. I just needed the place cleaned out. At the final walk through, he did his little calculation on his phone and quoted me $497.xx Kitchen: Micheal strategically cleaned out specific drawers/cupboards in my kitchen so that when we did the final walk through, he knew exactly which drawers to open to make like he actually cleaned. He told me he cleaned behind my fridge to which he did not do. He did not sweep or mop my kitchen floor and he left stains on my counter top (see picture). He states there was "roach infestation" and wasn't able to clean certain areas of the Kitchen but per the Terminators that we hired, there wasn't any activities (unnecessary money we spent believing Michael and his lies). Bathroom: This dude left under our bathroom sink untouched, left the bathtub faucet with soap scums, the toilet still had the toilet ring. The toilet itself was just wiped on the top but he left the sides and bottom untouched. Also left the bathroom floor as is, no sweeping and/or mopping. He strategically stood in the middle of the bathroom (our bathroom isn't that big) and explained everything so I was not able to get in and get a good look on everything he claimed he "cleaned" (see pictures). Carpet: This one pissed me off. This guy literally just put water on my carpet and ran his vacuum over it. He did not steam, shampoo or put any stain solution on it. I know this because we had to get another guy come in and do what Michael was suppose to do. *GO SEE EXCELLENCE CARPET - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED* And he told us Michael did not do any of the above. When I did my walk through with Michael, I asked him about some stains on the carpet and he said "Yeah, I tried to get it off but it just wouldn't" - so funny he said that because when he left my husband scrubbed it off with a bottle cap and the stain came right off. Also, my two closets in the unit had carpet in them and this guy did not have the decency to at least vacuum the insides. Overall this guy and company is a SCAM!! Please please please don't hire these guys. I saw 2 previous bad reviews but I went with him anyway because he quoted me the least (ha!). I initially begged Michael to give us a refund back on our carpet or at least come back and re-do it but he said he asked his service manager and they are unable to do carpet refunds. It is funny he said because on yelp it says he is the owner. LOL Michael reached out to me after my Husband posted a review. All of the sudden he can do carpet refunds now, he requested that my Husband take off his review and he will refund us back $120 from our $497. He said he will only give me half of this $120 back AFTER I sign 'removal waiver with yelp' so no further can be posted. I told Michael he can keep my $120 and I'll write my review so that hopefully no one else can fall for his scamming ways. It was definitely a hard lesson to learn especially since it is the holidays and I have little kids to buy presents for. P.s Michael - Wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. Hope you buy them something nice with my $497 dollars. UPDATE: These pictures are my pictures and they are not meant for "black mailing" but to simply prove that Michael did such a bad job. The price quoted was similar to the other companies that were contacted and I felt a lot better about the price because an inspection was done. In the end job was not as difficult as they had thought and were willing to reduce the price that was quoted for us but we were happy with their professionalism and work. The only issue I had was the form of payment form. I don't have Venmo or Apple Pay so I had to withdraw some cash instead. Other than being a bit embarrassed for not using mobile payment apps I was very happy with the work done and will call them again if I need more plumbing work done.

Dominick came out right away and took a look. He had an estimate by the next day. He had all the paperwork from the insurance company and it was obvious they work with insurance companies all the time. He knew exactly how to prepare the work order to satisfy the insurance company. We had extra work done that was not covered by the insurance company since now was our opportunity. Dominick was able to partition the bill into the area covered by the insurance company and the extra work we had done so that made it easy for me to submit the paperwork required by the insurance company. As for the work, they put in the new ceiling quickly and this included installing close to 40 recessed lights and pendants, a ceiling fan and the intake for our whole house fan. They did all of this while we were working at home during the pandemic lock-down. There was surprisingly minimal dust given all the mudding they had to do because we opted for a smooth finish. Their electrical contractor, Arthur, was awesome. He worked with me on where to install lights, he arranged the permitting and he put up with me changing my mind 500 times. Wiring took one day. And when it was time to install the lights, he was so fast. They were all installed in less than 2 days. Now our living room and kitchen look brand new. What a difference a new ceiling and new lights can do. Romeo's took a daunting and overwhelming project and made it happen easily and quickly. They were paid straight from the insurance company, except some upgrade we decided to incorporate. The work involved replacement of the exterior walls, dry walls, paint, installing back the kitchen top cabinets and replacement of the bottom cabinets. They finished in 5 days. Later, I realized they picked up different type of cabinets, not the drawers we had. Well, too late. The spice storage under the stove was gone, changed to a solid piece of wood. Well, too late. I understand that is something we should have made sure, although I wish they had asked what kind of cabinets we had, instead of them going for the cheapest option. OK we will live with it. But today I was cleaning the area, and was shocked to see the caulking they did. Too fat. Some area had almost one inch! Smudges on the counter I peeled off. Blobs here and there. At a glance you do not see because they used clear caulk, but I am afraid it will look so filthy after a few months. I simply could not believe that is a professional work.
