Jenny gave us a 3D image of how the closet would look like. She came to measure everything. Once we finalized how we wanted the closet, we came to the store. We chose our wood finishings and added a few accessories. My husband was finally on board once he saw how it would look in store. We put a deposit , and it was finalized. The closets were installed a few weeks later and we're better than I ever imagined! I LOVE my closet now! I'm also proud of my family for finally keeping organized. A receipt was provided for all the donated items. They also shipped items to me on the mainland. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was due to the shipment to the mainland. Everything arrived and nothing was broken but the communication was not great. The items were not insured as requested and required a signature, which was difficult but it all worked out.
