The cost for oasis staging was well worth it. They were extremely responsive and professional. I believe that because the staging was done well I was able to sell my place quickly. There were some minor things that came up during the staging duration like the frames fell down and the stager didn't coordinate with the photographer about the Lanai set to be placed out during photos but other than that I enjoyed going through oasis for my staging needs. 1st timers get 1 month free and free photography. Yes, they (other stagers) all have stuff to make your house or unit nice. However, these guys are highly intuitive. They know the market for the unit or home in its environment. Of course, they make it look great, but their furnishings and design fit the unit, the building, the environment. They are extremely meticulous in the placement of each piece of furniture, painting and even the decorative pieces on cocktail tables.
