You cannot just put anything together and expect the same results as a professional level staging that pulls the eye and attention in the right places. Sheri's inventory is tasteful and modern. Most importantly their attention to detail is unparalleled. I will give a brief example. We took a listing that was previously on the market for 6-8 months with no offers. It was staged and photographed, however we saw room from improvement as this was a higher end listing and the staging seemed basic for the area. We hired Sheri to re-stage and took new photos, and had it under contract in less than 2 weeks!
