We chatted a bit on the phone and from there, I took pictures and video of the space to give her a sense of the job. After that, she went shopping for organizing solutions (drawers for my desk and crafting supplies) and texted me options with prices for approval. On the day of our appointment, Shae and her assistant arrived promptly at my house. They immediately got to work pulling everything out and organizing my stuff in ways that I never thought of before. The guest room is now fully functional and I love being in it so much that I turned it into my WFH office. I loved the guest room so much that I then had Shae and team come back a month later to organize my daughter's playroom area (part of the living room) and my kitchen! They totally rearranged the layout of the play area and made it a lot more efficient. Shae also consulted with me ahead of time to purchase storage cubes which incorporated nicely with our existing decor. Finally, they refreshed my kitchen drawers and cabinets that previously had no meaningful organizational logic. Before Shae came in, I thought our kitchen didn't have enough storage space. Turns out there's a ton of storage space, but I just wasn't utilizing it well. Additional notes: Shae is super flexible and can accommodate your personality and needs. While she's organizing, you can be as involved as you want. For me, I felt self conscious about all of my clutter so I stayed out of their hair and waited for the reveal at the end.
