What stood out to me was her natural flow and intuition for the organization process--she always knew exactly what steps to take next, which made the whole experience feel seamless rather than overwhelming. She has a real gift for simplifying decision-making, which can be one of the hardest parts of decluttering. Chelsea was incredibly prepared, arriving with everything we might need, and her pleasant, professional demeanor made the process genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend Revise+Refine to anyone looking to get their space in order. I'm already planning to have Chelsea back to work on other areas of my home!

Working with Chelsea at Revise and Refine was such a game changer! She came in and helped organize our operations space, provided thoughtful suggestions to improve efficiency, and shared practical tips to help us maintain organization moving forward. We cleared out so much unnecessary clutter, donated a ton of items (which she even helped take with her), and completely transformed the functionality of our space. Most importantly, she helped us create a realistic plan to keep everything organized long-term. I would absolutely recommend Revise and Refine to anyone looking to create a more organized, efficient, and stress-free space!

Price was excellent, especially for a move-out cleaning. I really appreciate their honest work and care for property condition. There were a few small misses - one bathroom's light fixtures not wiped, one bathroom drawer missed, one cabinet not wiped; but they went above and beyond otherwise. Amazing shower stall cleaning, beat my best efforts. Great local ownership/management, a pleasure working with Lynn and Joey. I will use them again.

I messaged twice and never received a response. They may very well do good work based on their other reviews, but from a potential customer standpoint, the communication was disappointing. If a business asks customers to reach out a certain way, I think it is reasonable to expect some kind of reply, even if they are booked or unavailable. Based only on the lack of response during the inquiry process, this was not a great first impression.

Since I'm now in my 30's and have 2 little humans to raise, I figured it was time to finally start instilling some better habits in my home... I studied all the cleaning YouTube vids, blogs, and books.. but I still needed help implementing processes that actually work in my home. I literally would clean my closet and then a week later it would be back to clothes over the floor looking like a hurricane hit my home. In comes NEAT Hawaii. I decided to hire professionals to help reset my home and implement a system that actually works... especially for my closet. I left Shaela and her crew for a few hours, and came home to an unbelievable home. I can't even explain it, my home flows so nicely and its soooo organized! Im so stoked that my closet has been clean for 3 months now. Yayayay. I highly recommend NEAT Hawaii if you're needing a reset for your home. Thank you thank you Shaela for helping make my life better!

Long review ahead since I had such a great experience with Shae and her team! I first contacted…read moreShae to help organize and sort our guest room that had basically become unusable due to all of the clutter. Shae was very responsive from the start. We chatted a bit on the phone and from there, I took pictures and video of the space to give her a sense of the job. After that, she went shopping for organizing solutions (drawers for my desk and crafting supplies) and texted me options with prices for approval. On the day of our appointment, Shae and her assistant arrived promptly at my house. They immediately got to work pulling everything out and organizing my stuff in ways that I never thought of before. The guest room is now fully functional and I love being in it so much that I turned it into my WFH office. I loved the guest room so much that I then had Shae and team come back a month later to organize my daughter's playroom area (part of the living room) and my kitchen! They totally rearranged the layout of the play area and made it a lot more efficient. Shae also consulted with me ahead of time to purchase storage cubes which incorporated nicely with our existing decor. Finally, they refreshed my kitchen drawers and cabinets that previously had no meaningful organizational logic. Before Shae came in, I thought our kitchen didn't have enough storage space. Turns out there's a ton of storage space, but I just wasn't utilizing it well. Additional notes: Shae is super flexible and can accommodate your personality and needs. While she's organizing, you can be as involved as you want. For me, I felt self conscious about all of my clutter so I stayed out of their hair and waited for the reveal at the end. The team is very skilled at making sense out of madness and I'm glad they could decisively create organizational systems that were logical for long term use. Shae also can modify her approach based on whether you have already purged stuff you don't want, or if you need to purge as they work. Most importantly, Shae and team are SO nice. No judgment, only positivity and productive thinking.

Price was (in my opinion) extremely steep for a 600 square foot apartment. $375 flat rate + additional $50 to clean the jealousie windows. If I wasn't on a time crunch, I probably wouldn't have spent the money. Overall, the cleaners were very friendly and professional. It took approximately 2.5 hours for three cleaners to make my apartment SPOTLESS. The Filipino aunties are so cute and have great attention to detail. I wish I could have tipped them for their services (bc they deserve it) but after spending so much on the service itself, couldn't bring myself to justifying the cost. Overall, good service though!!

We changed around our schedules to accommodate them and planned in advance but they simply "forgot" about us, because they got "busy." They also charged $160 for a small (less than 1,000 square feet) two-bedroom apartment downtown. This price is ridiculous but the first time they came, the work was quality so we were happy to pay. Then, they started to nickel-and-dime us. And charging $30 for extra appliances they cleaned the first time. The owner said that the $160 was now just for "maid service" and not a "cleaning service." Very hurt and disappointed by this experience.

I scheduled a move-out cleaning in preparation for putting my apartment on the market. I had used…read morethis company previously through my husband and had a very different experience, which is why I felt comfortable booking them again. Before she began, I told her that I needed to be in a different appointment by 2:00 p.m. She told me she would call me approximately 30 minutes before she was finished so that I could return for the final inspection. I was proactive and arrived at 1:20 p.m. so I would have enough time to meet her, inspect the apartment. I reminded her that I needed to be somewhere and she reassured me she would be done. I asked if I could come back after my appointment to do the inspection because it would still have been within the 5 hours they set. When I arrived, however, her car was not there and she was no longer at the property. The timing and communication throughout the entire appointment were extremely confusing. I was then rushed through the final inspection, and I immediately noticed several areas that needed to be addressed. Because I was already running late for my next appointment, I unfortunately did not have enough time to thoroughly inspect the entire apartment. Later that afternoon, I returned to the apartment to double-check the cleaning more thoroughly. I found multiple areas that had been missed, as well as dirty/oily substances throughout some areas that appeared to be residue from the cleaning products or supplies that had been used. When I called to explain my concerns, I was disappointed by the attitude I received from the receptionist. Rather than taking the concerns seriously, I was essentially told that it was my fault because I had "okayed" the inspection. I found this response extremely unprofessional, particularly given the amount of miscommunication surrounding the scheduling, arrival time, completion of the job, and final inspection. Throughout this experience, there were multiple instances of poor communication and a lack of professionalism. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe how a company handles those mistakes is just as important as the quality of the service itself. I was told that the receptionist would contact the manager and owner. At that point, I expected that either the manager or owner would personally follow up to address the miscommunication and concerns with the cleaning. Unfortunately, I was never contacted by anyone in management and was not offered any support or resolution from the higher-ups. It is especially disappointing because I had used this company before and had a completely different experience. Based on this recent experience, I would no longer recommend this company. The combination of poor communication, rushed service, missed areas, and the unprofessional way my concerns were handled left a very negative impression.
