A receipt was provided for all the donated items. They also shipped items to me on the mainland. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was due to the shipment to the mainland. Everything arrived and nothing was broken but the communication was not great. The items were not insured as requested and required a signature, which was difficult but it all worked out. I used Maid in Oahu to handle the move-out cleaning. The cleaning company that I had used before…read morehad done a wonderful thorough job but were on a break. So, I read the reviews for Maid in Oahu and decided to try then. They did a great job communicating what they were able to do and what they were not able to do. Which is pretty straightforward. For example, they are not able to pull out an oven/refrigerator from the wall for cleaning. But if you can find someone to do this heavy work- they will clean the area. It's a liability issue I get it. But if you are not physically able to do this or if you don't have anyone else who can do this for you then you are just out of luck. So, if there are things that are required for a move out per your lease I recommend that you send them the move out cleaning requirements. They are very transparent about what they will/won't do an that is fair. Pricing and scheduling was set, confirmed and re-confirmed. Additionally, the confirmations etc. were verbal and in writing which was very helpful. All in all , I did receive my security deposit so I am content with the service.
