They were patient with me and how long I take to make decisions ( a long time!) Our pool needed replastering, new tile, and old electric pool cover equipment removed and filled in. Each crew was always on time, worked quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. It was very stressful for me because of how I tend to worry. But Gal was the perfect person to work with me. He is extremely patient, has a calm, kind demeanor and is very accommodating. I appreciate how patient he was especially in the tile choosing stage. Once, I finally made up my mind, the work went quickly and next thing I knew I had a beautifully transformed pool. Gal also recommended a pool safety fence company and pool maintenance person and I have been happy with those recommendations as well. Thank you very much Gal and We Pro!

We love working with Danny. We've now hired him and his team for three projects: replacing exterior…read moredoors and repairing drywall, replacing our HVAC system and ducts, and removing two ficus trees and installing a concrete pad for a shed. His team is professional, the work has been excellent, and Danny makes the whole process easier on us as homeowners. The doors and drywall came out beautifully, during that project recommended a shade mesh above our hot tub, and installed it free of charge (great recommendation). With the new HVAC and ductwork, our house now heats much more evenly than it did before. He also replaced the large, unattractive platform under our old rooftop unit with a much smaller, nicer-looking one and did a flawless job repairing the roof around it. He's not once asked us for a change order. What really makes us recommend Danny, though, is how he handles problems. Our new HVAC wasn't working on a very hot day in August. Before we even asked, and before he knew what was causing the problem, he offered to pay for a hotel room that night and brought over an AC unit to try to cool our bedroom. When he discovered the next day that the problem was a wiring issue on his team's end, he told us directly and got it taken care of. We really appreciated both the honesty and the fact that his first instinct was to help us, at his own expense, before he even knew whether the issue was his responsibility. On another occasion, when we mentioned some very minor property damage caused by his crew and specifically said we weren't asking to be compensated, he reimbursed us anyway. We really appreciate not having to argue or chase someone down to make things right. He's also a genuinely thoughtful person. He offered to put up a mezuzah for us at no charge. Our daughter was born early the day before the tree-removal project, and Danny handled the work while we were in the hospital. The finished project came out perfectly, and he even got us a balloon and chocolate to celebrate her arrival. Those personal touches aren't something we expect from a contractor, but we certainly appreciate them. Danny isn't the cheapest, but we feel the quality of the work and the attention he gives his customers are worth paying for. He knows what he's talking about, gives us straight answers, and follows through. Beyond all of that, we just enjoy working with him. We're now preparing for our next project with Danny: finally converting our garage into an ADU. Having worked with him on three projects already, we feel really good about trusting him with this one. We would absolutely recommend him.

We had an excellent experience with Danny and My Cali Builders installing artificial turf at our…read morerental property in Thousand Oaks. What made this project especially important to us was that we managed the entire job remotely from our home in Northern California. Danny made that process remarkably easy. He communicated consistently, answered every question thoroughly, sent frequent photos and videos, and kept us informed throughout the preparation and installation. We never felt out of the loop. The quality of the work was outstanding. Their team removed the existing decomposed granite, properly prepared and graded the area, installed and compacted a base, added the weed barrier, carefully laid and trimmed the turf around curved borders and existing stepping stones, secured the edges and seams, applied the upgraded zeolite infill, and power-broomed the finished surface. They clearly cared about the details--not just whether it looks good on installation day. Danny also stood out during the bidding process. We received several quotes, and he was transparent about the exact turf product, specifications, backing, base preparation, and infill options. He did not simply recommend the most expensive upgrade. Instead, he explained what he believed was the best balance of durability, appearance, and long-term value for a family rental property. That honesty gave us a great deal of confidence. The finished yard looks great. The turf has a lush, natural appearance, the curved edges and transitions were handled beautifully, and the existing pavers, mature landscaping, and black lava-rock planter areas were preserved and integrated very well. Most importantly, our tenants are thrilled with the result, and so are we. Danny and his crew were professional, responsive, easy to work with, and clearly took pride in doing a quality job. Managing a major landscaping project from several hundred miles away could have been stressful, but they made it straightforward and reassuring. We would absolutely recommend My Cali Builders to anyone considering artificial turf or outdoor improvements. They earned every one of these five stars.

I decided to have my deck refinished by Patios4All and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, they showed me a few stain options, they performed some light sanding to the surface and applied 2 coats. They took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I will probably stretch it for a few more years and have it replaced for a trex deck so no maintenance, but I do know who I would call when the time comes.

Working with Joseph was seamless--he was extremely organized and communicative throughout the whole process. He's the whole reason we chose Regal instead of the other quotes we got and he really came through on everything we wanted while also giving us his valuable opinion. It was a decent-sized scope: we pulled out a row of old overgrown bougainvillea (stumps, roots and all), demolished a concrete slab by the garage, added a new flagstone pathway and patio, decomposed granite replaced an entire lawn, mulch and decorative pebble in the front yard, a long podocarpus privacy hedge, full drip irrigation conversion with smart timers, and landscape lighting in the front and back. They even installed our new fire pit for us. Joseph walked the property with us, gave real opinions about what would and wouldn't work instead of just saying yes to everything, and stayed reachable by text the whole way through. His invoice was also the most detailed quote we got, which gave us a lot of confidence that the details would be handled when we got through When we changed our minds on a couple of details mid-project, he handled it easily. The crew was punctual, careful around the existing trees and hardscape, and swept up at the end of every day. Fair price, clean work, and genuinely good people to deal with. WORST COMPANY you could ever hope to find. If there were a reality show for the most incompetent…read moreconstruction company with the lowest ethical business practices, Vitoli would win by a landslide. Speaking of landslides, the infinity spa they built on our hill was done incorrectly so needs to be rebuilt so as to not send chlorinated water rushing down the mountain with each use. For now, we have to limit to two people despite its 10 person capacity. Yeah, and that's just the beginning. We had a $220,000 budget to build a dream yard in an estimated 6 months, but they built all of the retaining walls incorrectly so add an 18-month delay as we sorted out problems with permitting, during which time much of the existing part of the yard was damaged. They forgot to run a water line to the sink and ice maker in the outdoor kitchen rendering them useless, put the incorrectly built walls in the wrong place entirely, built a fence that fell down...for a more complete list please see attached photos. When we hired them, they promised a foreman would be on site at all times but in fact, they had a project manager on site only about 10% of the time and I'm being generous. We loved the workers and I would wake up early each morning to bake breakfast treats and brew coffee for them, however they would often come to us in confusion for direction without a foreman, but we had a language barrier even my best intentions couldn't overcome and grave mistakes were made. Each attempt at demanding said foreman only yielded increasingly angry calls from the owner, who went so far as to call us racists, sometimes with threats of leaving the project or suing us. We paid in full as projects were completed as per our contract, all $220K, but were not refunded for the many parts done incorrectly, and were instead made promises that simply weren't kept. With no less than $50K left to do, we finally kicked them off of our property when they started refusing to complete items -- we simply decided to remove the toxicity from our lives. Particularly evil was their pool equipment installer Bernardo who we caught in multiple lies and who was wont to covering his high level of incompetence by accusing us of "sabotaging our own project." Absolutely ludicrous, yes, but the owner went with it, I suppose it was easier than dealing with more wretched errors on their part. Meanwhile, if there was a corner that could be cut, they found it, and always at our expense. When we first were shut down by the county, I looked here on Yelp and to my dismay, found many negative reviews. They have since disappeared somehow so before writing my review, I reached out to YELP corporate, who assured me mine would remain. As I try to enjoy my unfinished dream yard, it occurs to me that all I can do at this point is protect as many people as I can from falling victim to companies such as Vitoli. Had I been smarter I would have asked for references or gone with a company recommended to me. Beware The Home Mag as they don't vet their advertisers at all, they don't even require proof that photos used are actually work done by said company, they need nothing but the ad copy and money to qualify and so I would argue that the companies that advertise in The Home Mag are ones whose work doesn't merit a good referral and so they advertise instead. Vitoli often graces their cover, which makes sense... The owner promised to fix it all, said he'd take care of us and we believed him to be sincere. But now all I have left is an unfinished yard and no funds to finish it. Shameful, but all true. I believe I know exactly what the response to this review will be, but I will endure it for the sake of helping others. Please note my other reviews, as they are a healthy mix of good and bad -- that is what I understand the purpose of Yelp to be.

We received several bids, and while Beyond Remodeling was not the least expensive, the personal attention Dana provided immediately set the company apart. She took the time to sit down with my wife and me to understand our vision, budget, and concerns. While the other companies simply quoted what we requested, Dana offered thoughtful suggestions, alternative options, color schemes, and expert guidance before we ever signed an agreement. She truly brought our vision to life. The entire Beyond Remodeling team was wonderful. They communicated clearly, kept us informed, and walked us through every step of the process. Aside from a few unavoidable delays outside their control, the project remained on schedule. The stone masons and plaster crews were exceptional, and the quality of their work was a solid 10 out of 10. Dana had a previously scheduled vacation during the remodel, but she continued checking in with us by text. Yair, the owner, maintained a strong local presence and made sure everything continued moving forward smoothly in her absence.
