I absolutely love this place. Best food in my area, and I've been waiting so long for Korean BBQ to make its way here. I usually order through DoorDash, which can be pricy, but I'm lazy and hate dealing with the roads around the time I start to get hungry. I always order the spicy pork bulgogi, but go with the delicious chicken every now and then. Either way, this review isn't about the food, which I always love. This review is about the wonderful customer service. There was a bit of a problem with the DoorDash order; and item was left behind. Anyway, the shop went out of their way to call me, and tell me that I'll get a discount on my next order, because they recognize that I always order from them. Clearly, customer satisfaction is a legit priority here, which is something we can't even get out of million dollar corporations. So, I'll have to say, thank you to the hard working individuals over at KB, and thank you for your love and care you put into my orders. I've lived in Prunedale for over 30 years and this was the best food I've had yet at a local restaurant.

Man, this food was good! We ordered a half order of the tenderloin chicken with fries, deop bop with pork, and a side of goon man du. It was all excellent! The pork deop bop was a little spicy for my six year old and two year old, but my eight year old loved it. He also couldn't get enough of the goon man du! Every plate was empty when the waiter came to check in with us; it was the perfect amount of food for the five of us. In addition, the waitstaff were super kind and attentive... it's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant where the employees seemed to care about the guests. Very refreshing!
