I haven't had korean fried chicken before so i don't know what flavors i should have been expecting but I would have liked it with more spice or with garlic. But that is just my taste. As soon as I walked in I was offered a sample of the chicken (they had both mild and spicy) and my choice of their house made soy garlic sauce or the Yang Nyum sauce. The owner, Joanne was an absolute sweetheart, taking the time to explain every item on the menu in detail, giving us samples of the chicken before we even ordered, and overall just had a beautiful personality. The food was fantastic, husband got the sweet and spicy chicken and I got the number two chicken which was the spicy breading. The chicken was hot and fresh and had amazing flavor. I absolutely love this place. Best food in my area, and I've been waiting so long for Korean BBQ to make its way here. I usually order through DoorDash, which can be pricy, but I'm lazy and hate dealing with the roads around the time I start to get hungry. I always order the spicy pork bulgogi, but go with the delicious chicken every now and then. Either way, this review isn't about the food, which I always love. This review is about the wonderful customer service. There was a bit of a problem with the DoorDash order; and item was left behind. Anyway, the shop went out of their way to call me, and tell me that I'll get a discount on my next order, because they recognize that I always order from them. Clearly, customer satisfaction is a legit priority here, which is something we can't even get out of million dollar corporations. So, I'll have to say, thank you to the hard working individuals over at KB, and thank you for your love and care you put into my orders.
