Everything was fantastic. We received the Whole Wing not that foolishness you get at other places. The wings were made to order and seasoned well. Kay was onsite at her restaurant on Bearss Ave in Tampa and personally served us and recommended items to try. The location on Bearss Ave is in a great location and has ample parking . The restaurant is decorated nicely and the vibe is was great. We enjoyed the food so much that we stopped back by for Lunch before heading out of town. They have 2 locations and I went to the one at the Bearrs in Tampa. Customer service and customer satisfaction goes beyond good looking and good tasting food. Perfectly fried chicken. They have a pretty large menu so lots to choose from. It's pretty impressive how much food they can pump out from such a small place. I stopped to get gas and saw a sign for 'Kay's Kitchen' which I had heard of before. So I went inside and ordered 6 whole fried wings and fries. The wings were made fresh, so there was a little wait. The wings were good!! They were juicy and crispy and the fries were crunchy and seasoned to perfection. I would have liked a little more salt on the wings, but all in all they were really good! Unfortunately, it's very hard to find that in the south, yet Kay's seems to have real Chicago cooks working for them or at least familiar with our recipes in frying good chicken. What topped it off well is that powdery substance (loved it)! Also, the sauce is bussin'. The only mistake I made is not ordering enough food. HOLY S*** the wings are that GREAT! When I asked for ketchup the young lady professionally & correctly explained "we don't do ketchup, sauce is in the bag sir" she was so right. 5 stars plus on everything wings, fries & sauce.
