I was trying out this place for the first time, and won't be back! Made an appointment a few days in advance, 2 dip manicures. The appointment was at 3pm, I didn't get someone to start working on my nails until 4. So I was there for about 2 hours. My mom's nails and mine are awful. My mom's nails look like they have tumors on them. They're so thick and every nail is a different shape. My nails are breaking and peeling already. Do not recommend!! read more

I was treated with kindness and compassion! I struggle with ingrown toenails and their was no judgement whatsoever. They treated me with such care and made sure I didn't leave until my feet were without pain. The staff is beyond kind and great at their craft. I'm not sure what some of the 1-star reviews are about. I went here as it's close to my house and wanted to give it a try. I was super impressed! They were accommodating and did an amazing job on my pedicure. They were taking COVID precautions seriously and the salon was so clean. I am really excited that I found this place! I usually travel to Shoreview for nails and I live in New Brighton. I called before I drove over there to see if I needed an appointment, and they got me right in!!! Very clean space, all remodeled. Great selection of nail colors. I had a spa pedicure and it came with a scrub, mud, hot stones and massage. My nail tech did a fantastic job! I definitely will be back. read more

Staff were very kind, and they took their time to make sure everything looked nice and it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. We ended up choosing a special but they didn't skimp on quality. They were very serious about their COVID protocols and seemed to keep everything clean and sanitized. 'Can I help you?' was my greeting and I said pedicure please. I was then told to 'pick out color.' No welcome..have you been here before, nothing. I was just told where to sit. The chairs were so close together I could hardly maneuver to remove my shoes and get into my chair. I nearly lost my balance, which would have landed me in the water bath. I asked where the coat rack was and was told there was none and to put my coat on the back of the chair, which was up and back about 4 feet. I had to lean into the next person to barely get it up there. I finally got in and was asked by a man several times if I wanted a 'deluxe' before I could understand what he was asking. He then proceeded to give me my pedicure and leg massage with such speed and abruptness I could not feel relaxed in any way. Never again. read more

Went here for a pedicure and it's the same chop shop place where you are upsold on your pedicure (no 25$ pedicure that is advertised outside) and received only 'okay' service. My pedicure was rushed because a big group of women came in after me and it wasn't relaxing at all. I won't be back...I'll continue the hunt for a new place I guess. read more

Wanted to charge me $55 for a fill because my nails were long..that's ridiculous. Got up and walked out.

First time here for a pedicure and I loved it. Super, super clean. The tools are packaged and put in a sterilizer, it looked similar to how dental offices do it. The soaking bowls are lined with plastic before each client as an added cleanliness precaution. I personally watched them clean the soaking bowl after a client and they do a very thorough job. The whole salon is new and modern and clean, plus they did a fantastic job. This is definitely my new place to go for pedicure and manicures. read more

I moved to Mounds View not to long ago and have been to Lexi's three times now for pedicures. They run a great 25$ special during the week. It is super super clean and the staff is very friendly and nice. Each time I got a different nail tech, but they all tried hard and paid a lot of attention to detail which I really appreciate, as some places I've been to try to get you in and out as fast as they can and then your nails don't last very long. All three of my pedicures have lasted at least 3 weeks from Lexi's and I'm pregnant so mine are growing extra fast these days. They have new, clean, and a wide selection of polish colors. I really like Kim she is super friendly and funny! Definitely would recommend. I will definitely be back again! read more

Great place to get a pedicure!! The basic pedicure includes a hot stone as well as warm towel. Very friendly workers. It was nice going here as everything was brand new making my experience that much better! I would suggest checking them out and I will definitely be going back. read more

I have been to this place a number of times, staff seems friendly enough and generally I am satisfied HOWEVER this time my experience was extremely poor. I spent more time soaking waiting for the techs to finish up with other clients than the pedicure actually lasted. I went in for and really hoping for a nice relaxing pedicure, came out with a very rushed express pedicure. They didn't even present me with the services book to choose what I wanted. The more and more people that came in where they didn't want to turn away service, they instead promised very short wait times which seemingly made my tech rush faster and faster. Sad because I like to keep my business local, but I will not return to this facility. read more

I've been here once before to get acrylics removed and it took this man almost 2 hours. Which was ridiculous and they wanted to charge me 60 bucks. So I didn't go back till today and I got a pedicure a deluxe one with a hot stone and all, My feet are not soft they are still very rough in areas I was told to hold my own leg up while he scrubbed my heel. The polish was not done clean it was all over my toes and it didn't dry enough and the man put my sandals on and it scuffed them. The young gentleman who I had I had the first time as well and he was the worst and I will never return. I now know why there is never anyone there.
