6/29/24 We were craving boba, tea and smoothies and came across Partea. They are located next to the food court in a shopping plaza with ample parking all around. They were open for an additional 30 minutes but were already cleaning up for the day with no indoor seating accessible. We ordered Toreo Boba which my oldest liked. It's a mix of Taro/Ube and Oreo for a cookies/cream smoothie. I ordered Pineapple Lover - tasted like I was drinking perfume and was overly sweet. I ended up tossing it as it was not drinkable. Hubs ordered Pina Colada with Boba and he felt the same, overly sweet. Service was nice hence the 2 stars. Maybe it was an off night for them. Suggest asking to adjust the sweetness if you can if you want to try beverages here. read more

I think I have pretty high standards for bubble tea places and this one is really good! The rolled ice cream was solid and the lumpia was beautifully and freshly fried with just the right amount of sweetness. Would return for sure! read more

This is in the strip mall, so be mindful of expectation. That does not take away from the fact that our drink and the service was great. It's a quaint little eatery, we saw more locals than tourist so that was a nice change. We got the Lava Flow ( Strawberry, coconut, pineapple base, strawberry wall, topped with whip cream and Strawberry Drizzle) and I love Thai (Thai Tea) , will definitely try more flavors next go around. read more

I would say this place is a nice little hangout spot. Right next to an arcade where kids can play. In terms of the drink and desserts I'd say they are good. The boba drink was nice, not super sweet. However the boba was a little too soft and almost broke apart when chewing. Didn't have a hard enough texture but that's just how I like my boba. Would come back . read more

That was not a good experience, the Boba was bitter and not good. There are other Boba places around. I would highly recommend going there and not Kaui pqrtea. That was the worst boba drink I have ever had. read more

I love coming here to eat and always order an iced milk tea to go with the meal. Their milk tea tastes really good and authentic, just like they do in Taiwan. My favorite food dishes are the fried chicken wings, sweet potato fries, and the original flavored bubble waffle. Service is great and Patty is always eager to help with food/drink recommendations if you can't decide. She is really nice and alway super sweet! This place is spacious so it's perfect for families and groups. I know many go there for their drinks but make sure you also try their food the next time you go! read more

Some fun desserts here... I got the mango rolled ice cream. The ice cream was so hard and frozen that the plastic spoon was bending, I waited until it thawed some more before eating it. Mango rolled ice cream topped with mango chunks, sauce and whipped cream... Flavor was off and I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. The inside of the shop was nice, cold, and clean though. I'll try one of their other desserts next time. read more

The boba drinks are good and have cool names like "Dirty Boba." The waffle fries and curly fries are really good. The combos are a good choice if you're hungry, they include deep fried chicken wings! Great customer service, the people are really helpful. All in all, a good Boba stop when you really want one and it's in the food court, so if someone in your party wants something else, it's easy to find. read more

If I could give less stars I would and that's not to spite them. This place doesn't even use tea it's all powder crap and they don't even try. Were not friendly at all. Try the Rose oolong tea with honey walls. It's amazing and I stopped three times to get it during our stay. Really nice girls working here.
