The sandwiches are good, but rather expensive. The big negative is the very slow moving wait line. It took us nearly an hour to get sandwiches. read more

Thieves, Terrible! Do not go here! We've been going here for years, but this morning that ended. We order (3) egg sandwiches (3) $1 Arizona drinks and a large store made ice tea. The charge was $45.00. After reviewing the receipt and returning we addressed the over charge which was $4.00 per $1 drink, the elderly man who is probably the owner commented the $1 advertised label price is not what you pay here, someone has to pay to keep it cold. We asked for a refund he said don't come back here again, go to the Spanish deli down the road! We won't be going there again, there's plenty of other places nearby for a better sandwich, with better prices! read more

Got charged $2 more than the price listed on the board for a wrap! I voiced my concern, and the response was "eh, that's what the price is. Fourth of July y'know". I guess we can't change the price to what's reflected on the board behind you? Been coming here for years as a local, shocked by that response. read more

Ordered lunch grilled cheese with bacon and tomato and chicken fantastic heroes. OMG so delicious and so quick. Great service and prices very reasonable for the quality and quantity. read more

My family and I have been coming here for years and have always been loyal to Katrina's and chosen them over other local delis. Unfortunately this morning I ordered food and on my way there my tire popped and I was unable to get my food. Katrina's reached out a couple times and we returned their call a bit late, unfortunately I had other priorities (my tire) at the time and didn't immediately call them. The owner had absolutely no empathy for loyal customers who have given good business in the past and our situation, he asked what he should do with the food when we said we wouldn't be able to make it, and told us when we return he will charge us for the total of our order (2 platters - probably $45+). Between this and their outrageously high prices that we usually settle for over convenience and decent food, we will not be coming back here. It's a shame how greedy and unkind people have become nowadays. read more

IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE. I got one bag of chips and it was almost 3 dollars. And that old man doesn't even do anything except stare at me in to my soul. Do better katrinkas read more

Nys tax is what it is $2.00 bag of chips came to $2.83? Why is that? Please check what they are charging you because if you're in a rush, a few cents here and there iscone thing... be mindful of your Selections cost and what you are charged read more

First let me start by saying that I was very surprised by the 2 1/2 star rating. I am a local and work at the beach. The staff at Katrinkas are very friendly, and the delivery to the beach is just awesome I have ordered 2xs already. The first time I ordered the bomb, which is an egg sandwich with double meat, egg etc and hash brown on top. Itv was amazing and hot when delivered. Today I ordered the Italian sub with the works, oil and vinegar, mayo etc. It is a beautiful sub, full of flavor. My mouth is watering as I write this. Their prices are not expensive, my hero was 9 +/- with tax. read more

I found this spot after my partner and I were in fire Island and as we left we wanted a quick breakfast. Even though when we entered the place was pretty crowded for Sunday afternoon the food was how can I put this lightly horrible! The potatoes tasted like slop my eggs were burnt (who burns eggs!) and the whole meal pretty much was a thumbs down. The only highlight is that I was able to use their clean bathroom on the way back to the city. If I were you I would skip this spot if you're in the fire island area. read more

Katrinka's Deli - Yikes! - Delis Near Me - Hampton Bays, New York

They charged me $17 for a sloppy roast beef sandwich with 1/4 pound of meat on it. When I messaged their Facebook page, the owner affirmed that it looked like a good sandwich for $17. I had to stop and get another sandwich on the way to work because this wasn't enough food for the day. I paid $9.50 for the same exact sandwich at another deli and it didn't look like a 2 year old made it. read more

Your response is idiotic. I never ordered a salad with strawberries. Perhaps you are the hostil grumpy old man.

This was such a pleasant experience! I got the burger with onion rings and was so satisfied. Excellent service and fresh ingredients.

I rarely write any reviews but I was compelled to write one on the outrageous price increases at this deli. I had just recently ordered a ham, turkey & Swiss on rye. I was charge 18 plus dollars !! I questioned the girl behind the counter and I said that's a little excessive no? She just rolled her eyes and said "that's the price.... I know! I'm sorry". I've been patronizing this deli on a weekly basis for over 35 years but I don't like my intelligence being insulted with such outrageous pricing. I'm aware of food costs and inflation but this deli is way beyond reasonable increases. I no longer will patronize this deli and buy my sandwiches at KK for almost half the price and are just as good all made with Boar's Head meats. read more

Had the breakfast plate and it was delish!! We also had the Polska Breakfast sandwich which was full of flavor.

The people are really nice but the prices are really expensive the portions are half the size of sandwiches at other delis we go to that are awesome & the sandwiches are not good in comparison; definitely not worth the money definitely not worth the stop; not going back again. Basically the only deli in Hampton Bays is the only reason they're busy. read more

I brought this home today pathetic it's supposed to be fried chicken. Very doubtful I'll ever go back. I wish I had opened it before I left! read more

Good food. Good service. Staff is always attentive. Nice atmosphere. Can get very crowded on the weekends but it's summer in the Hamptons

I have been coming to this deli for years and was shocked to see the reviews. Their breakfast is always the best and the "rocky five" is always a go to! Yes sometimes service can be off but it can be at any other busy small business. Maybe try the food industry for awhile today and see how it goes. All in all if you can have patience for some good food worth the buy, this is your spot! read more

What a wonderful picnic they packed for is this weekend. Oh my! #family #community #localdeli #exceptional quality, pricing, and location. The young lady who assisted me was happy, welcoming, kind and suggested some picnic fare. Sandwiches, hamburgers, chips, desserts and coffee. Conveniently located on main rd. read more

Hit or miss sandwich that are a bit expensive. When it's a hit, you don't mind, but when it's a miss, you do. One of the only delis in Hampton Bays, so if another one comes along they might go under. read more

I don't normally post reviews, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I stopped into Katrina's Deli today and ordered their eggplant panini, and it was delicious! I will definitely be back! read more

I'be been going to this deli since I was little. Their breakfast is delicious and the staff has always been sweet. There might have been a slight change in the atmosphere here but I have gotten to know the staff and they are busting their butts to deal with real life issues while still trying to please their customers. Bob is a super sweet guy still working to support his family. If you have had a bad experience here please go back give it another chance it will be worth it. read more

They are a good deli that makes a solid sandwich. A go to place for breakfast & lunch.

I see why there's 1 star reviews about the staff. I called at 2:40, asking politely if they were still doing paninis. The woman on the phone, agitated, "If you hurry up!!!" I go "Excuse me?" and she hangs up the phone on me. I literally couldn't believe it. I call back and a man picks up. He says the kitchen closes in 15 minutes if I wanted the panini. I said that the customer service from her wasn't acceptable, and I didn't want the panini. I picked up from here a couple days ago too... Same woman. Terrible attitude. WTF is going on with this place seriously? read more

A really good local deli that has a large assortment of breakfast sandwiches. My personal favorite is the bullet which is half of a hungry man. Be sure to call ahead they get super busy with the summer time crowd. I wish the women behind the counter spoke better English and were a little bit friendlier. read more

Been going there since the 1970's. Friendly, reasonable prices, good food and menu options. Classic HB

Staff is rude, and they are extremely overpriced for not that tasty food. Skip this spot not worth it at all.

Decided to indulge in deli sandwich today. BIG Mistake! After overpaying for roast beef sandwich on a roll $16+. Old man at counter packing up my food in small paper bag I asked for napkins. His response "Hold on I only have 2 hands." I said "I'm only asking. His response to that was to tell me I'm uptight and to relax. Of course I told him my money is good at any deli and he told me to go right ahead. Of course I will. My money is good anywhere. I'll be sure to share my experience to my co-workers and customers in the neighborhood. read more

Very delicious! The sandwich's are really big and good portion! Sausage was delicious and they have many choice

One of my favorites for years! My family has been going here as long as I can remember. Always feel welcomed here, they have awesome selections for all! It is the perfect spot to stop before going fishing and the bait store is right next door! Awesome people, awesome food. Will always go back. read more

I had a great sandwich. Tried my wife's tuna it had too much mayonnaise. This is hit or miss, some people liked their sandwiches some didn't. Got to try it to see what you like. Very popular spot. read more

Came in a few days ago, was at the counter waiting for some old man to hand me my call in order and I see his watch or pin whichever it was and asked if it was real. He gave me the dirtiest look I've ever seen and proceeded to say yeah that's why you should look for a job to buy yourself one.... Excuse me? This old man pissed me off. Better yet, he walked in to the back which I believe is the kitchen saying how I'm a fucking asshole. I'm a what? Terrible terrible old man has been working about 70 years too long. He's lucky that there are other people working there and the food is good, otherwise I wouldn't think twice about coming back. Might have to come earlier in the morning before grump ass walks in. read more

Very overpriced. Very rude employees. The food isn't even all that good. I went and got a "chicken fantastic" which does not come with anything and is just chicken, mayo, onions, and a slice of cheese on a roll. It was $16 and change and was greasy and unappetizing. read more

This deli has awful customer service. A women wearing a hat yelled at me for checking the status of my order. Will not be coming back.

Overpriced and the staff is BEYOND rude.. don't waste your time.. bagel deli two seconds up the road is way better and have respect for their customers. Also, the food wasn't fresh at all.. and in the glass looked crusty around the salads I'd give this place a 0 rating over and over again. ALMOST forgot to add that it gave my family food poisoning! Gross. Needs code to come in and check the sanitary conditions of this place behind scenes. read more

I love this place! The ladies in the morning are so friendly & fun! This is your go to spot for egg sandwiches, omelettes, etc. We are definitely going to miss this place when we move out of town. Their iced coffee is THE BEST!!! I wish they could bottle it up and send it to me! We've placed phone orders as well, and that always goes smoothly. I'm a bit confused by some of the negative reviews on here. Treat people nice & they will treat you the same! read more

So upsetting, this used to be an amazing place with great food, but the past few years has been awful. It's like the workers in here like to be rude to people, they need therapy and maybe alcohol. The woman there with the baseball cap chased us out of there with a broom. She made me feel uncomfortable and made me want to day drink. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was just there ordering lunch it was an hour and a half till close and the 2 woman there were so incredibly rude. I always would come here and I have never felt so unwelcomed. The woman was sweeping the floors and I was standing in the way and she rudely asked me to move. The woman ringing my food up was rushing me. The place was absolutely empty. I couldn't hear her when she asked me a question and she rudely repeated what she said with such an attitude. Their food has gone so downhill and way too overpriced over the years anyways. read more

I have been a customer of Katrinka's deli for years now. Overall, I do think that this is the best deli for many miles. But today I ordered 2 "specials" sandwiches off the daily special menu. WOW! I had the "Montauk Fisherman" and it was probably the best Tuna salad sandwich I've ever had!! NOT an exaggeration! I bought my employee a " fresh mozzerella club" ... she absolutely RAVED about it... Mind you, this is during the corona virus scare, and the people working there were all kind and courteous. Everyone in todays world seem quick to complain.... They are working really hard in tough times.... Doing an EXCELLENT job! Keep up the good work!! Thank you read more

The staff is rude! I went in there to get a gluten free wrap since there is a sign that says "We have gluten free wraps" but when I asked for it, they said we don't have them today. Since they are one of the only local places that (supposedly) offer GF when you search for GF places online, I thought it made sense to go there. Yet the last 3 times I went there they said "we are out of them today"..."today" means never. Don't waste your time! It is false advertising! read more
