I've had many nail techs say how ombré nails look better on longer nails, but Tammy made things work with the nail length I was comfortable with! On top of that, my mother attempted to withdraw $300 from their ATM, but the machine only dispensed $180. We were told she would receive a refund for the missing money, but she still has not received it. What bothered me most was Salem's attitude when I questioned all of the changing prices and incorrect charges. Instead of apologizing or trying to calmly explain what happened, she told me, "That's just how we work here." When I expressed that I was unhappy with the situation, she even told me that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. Then, after all of this, they called me again saying that they had undercharged me. The nail technicians deserve recognition because Kim and Diana were great, but the front desk customer service and the way the payment issues were handled were extremely disappointing. With so many billing problems in one visit, I would strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving and keeping documentation of any refunds you are promised.
