I walked in and the salon was dark and dusty looking. Against my instincts, I stayed for my service. Once the soak off was complete, the tech gave me a book with samples to pick my color and then he had me hold onto it until he was ready to polish. When doing the filing, buffing, etc, he nicked my skin several times. I pointed out that he filed my nails unevenly, the entire right hand looked very slanted. He filed the thumb a bit but it was still totally off. Throughout all of this, the salon kept the news on with the volume up... in this political atmosphere that's a bold choice. The lady who did my nails was super sweet, gentle, and did a wonderful job. I love my nails, and the color is amazing (shown in the provided photo). The conversation was flowing, the workers have amazing chemistry, and they are personal individuals, which makes the environment comfortable. The salon was beyond clean with a cozy feeling to make you feel relaxed. I have already recommended this salon to my sister, but I will most definitely come back. Also, the price was beyond reasonable and affordable.
