HHR is literally an answered prayer and a blessing for me and for my two rescues. I needed a safe,…read moreclean, special and loving place for them where I could trust knowing my horses would be cared for the way they deserve and how I would care for them myself. It is clean, well-run and a family environment where you feel good driving up and knowing it's almost like a home away from home. It's nice seeing other boarders and having a chat or just a simple wave across the stalls! It's so peaceful there and people respect each other. James and Kym are usually working away and doing what they do best... keeping up the ranch to the highest standards for all of our babies!! They are both so helpful and just truly wonderful, sweet, hard-working people that exude the utmost professionalism, compassion, helpfulness and caring. Yes, there are places cheaper and there are places more expensive... but know that money can't replace just knowing your horses are safe and loved and cared for when you're not there. Having that trust and ability to sleep peacefully each night knowing James and Kym care for my horses just as they would their own and care so much about all the animals is priceless. Trust me when I say it is worth every penny and more. Don't hesitate, just call and go see for yourself.... Treat your babies to the best boarding in the area! I am so thankful, happy and beyond grateful that I have the ability to board my horses here. I want the same for you!

Dream Hill Farms - Unanswered text messages to Linda

Very unfortunate outcome of a transaction with this farm , I purchased a horse earlier this year…read morethrough Linda Helin , and was assured that should I need to return her for any circumstance I would receive 35% of her $5,000 purchase price back. I was told that she would be trained by a a world renowned professional trainer and she would receive at least 3 days of training a week prior to her transfer to me. Upon the finalization of the sale I found out it's just Linda's daughter who rides the horses. When I got Hazel (icy mischief) Linda last minute disclosed that during the entire extra month of "professional"training I paid an additional $1,000 for they had only ridden her 3-5 times in total the entire extra month she was there at Dream Hill Farms. My trainer assessed her after a week of her settling in at my barn and she immediately noticed Hazel had no groundwork, couldn't lunge , was unfamiliar with a mounting block etc. I wasn't expecting a unicorn as she was an OTTB but it definitely was clear nothing was worked on while she was there that extra time with Linda. When I reached out to Linda for them to buy her back (first right of refusal was signed) Linda asked that I "donate" her back because they were supposedly low on funds at the moment. I sent her back to Linda because we had both agreed that upon her resale I would receive at least the 35% of my initial purchase back. Come to find out they sold her and didn't tell me even though I'd been asking Linda how her interest was going , a friend of mine happened to see on her daughter Tyra Helin's advertisement and sold post for her NEARLY A MONTH AFTER. When I reached out to Linda about this she then lied and stated they only sold her for $2,500 , since then I'd reached out to Linda again and asked her about the 35% she hasn't responded and has flat out ignored my messages. PLEASE BEWARE OF PURCHASING FROM DREAM HILL FARMS IN MURRIETA! What I thought were honest and good people were scamming me! Hazel was in GREAT health when I sent her back to them and only needed her feet done. Linda claimed she had vet expenses and etc. and feeding etc, however that is NOT how business works , I can understand the feet needing to be done but my 35% does not have anything to do with your feed and training AFTER I'd sent her back.
