The cheese sauce was super tasty and spread evenly through out the meat. The veggies and meat are cooked well, and have a nice char to them. Customer service was excellent. The owner Kaleb is super friendly, and he had another employee with him that was also very nice. They sometimes have free ice cream bars for kids, which is such a kind gesture! There are a few other menu items besides the cheesesteak, but that's really what this truck is known for! Though I've heard the burgers are also good & will be giving it a try as well. The onion rings are also as amazing as everything else. I particularly like the type of batter they use that is all one unit rather than like Panko that gets everywhere and falls apart. In all this is comfort food, and definitely high calorie (the items I'm reviewing, I don't know about salads, lighter,fare, or anything like that) and will have to be viewed as a once in a while treat if I don't want to have to buy larger pants. If you are looking for something really satisfying and want a good fresh meal that wakes up every single tastebud, I would recommend these guys. I also have to say it feels like the owners themselves made the food, and maybe they did. Either that or they have trained and treated their staff well because their integrity shows in the care they take to prepare and serve really outstanding food.
