Even though its in the middle of the city and in a busy plaza but once the doors of the spa closes behind you, the noises of world also shut down. ( maybe thats just me) I was excited for cbd oil body massage coupled with derma facial. I just love pampering myself and they provide the means to you. First you are greeted , and then taken to change room/locker room. You get your locker with a key, a cosy and warm bathrobe, slippers and anything else like a rubber band or face mask. The bathroom has toilet and showers. Vanity has all the required items like a blow dry , roller, pins and stuff. Change and be seated in the relaxing lounge to have a cup of tea or wine until ur esthetician comes to take you to your room for services. Omg, my esthetician was having the most soft hands i ever felt. She was very professional and did good job. Whole experience was relaxing and smooth. Massage bed is heated and they don't uncover your whole body but parts by parts to massage so you are warm and covered the whole time ( letting the shy people know that ) . They have cool range of products to pick from and also they would suggest if that suits your skin type. Once your service is done, you can still relax m chill in the lounge and pay to leave whenever you are ready. I haven't tried anything else there but they do have manicures, pedicures and make up application counter apart from facials and massages so check th out.

I was talking to her about what I should get she said maybe get a steam and extraction or maybe a microdermabrasion (the one with the vacuum machine) then she said let the lady doing my facial decide so I did I went into a room it was a couples room. Very nice and quiet the facial was great the lady didn't talk to me much which I was okay with and the neck and shoulder massage was soooo good. I'm a very tense person and I don't like massages around my neck and shoulder but this was great! I do plan on coming back to get the deals before the end of December. But for the money, I thought, "how could I go wrong?" I'm really glad I bought it! When I walked in, I was a little surprised at the simplicity of the decor (for a spa) but I was greeted warmly and offered a glass of water. I was a few minutes early, so I waited until they were ready for me. When I entered the treatment room, I was surprised to see 2 massage tables and thought I should mention this because I know many people like to go for couples' massages. This would be a great spot for that. The room was fairly large and had somewhere for me to leave my clothes and hang up my coat. The masseuse handed me a pair of disposable panties (nice touch) and left me to get settled in for my exfoliation treatment. The linens on the massage table were soft and smelled wonderful. It's amazing how little touches like this really make the experience that much better. The treatment started and within about 2 minutes, I was in heaven. The sea-salt scrub they use is fantastic. The girl who was doing my treatments (Miho) was incredible. She used just the right amount of pressure and I couldn't have been in better hands. After the exfoliation, she instructed me to don the robe & slippers and head to the shower. My next treatment was a 30-min massage (I upgraded to 60 min for an additional $30) and then I had a facial and paraffin hand treatment. This girl really knew what she was doing! I've had RMT treatments that were nowhere near as good as this one. Perfect pressure, glorious orange-scented oil and pure bliss & relaxation. Wow. I can't say enough about this girl. The paraffin wax was almost too hot, but you get used to it once it hardens up around your hands. The facial left my face feeling so incredibly smooth and silky. I left that room feeling like a million bucks! The ONLY reason I'm not giving it 5-stars is due to the somewhat archaic front desk situation. They don't have any brochures describing their services and pricing - the girl just had prices written on a piece of paper to show me. They do have a package deal, where if you buy a certain number of massages, you get one free. Not a bad deal at all. I'm a little too stingy with my 5-star ratings, because when I do find a place that really blows me away, that's where I give out 5 stars. In any case, this place is really a cut above so many other spas out there and I will most definitely go back. Very highly recommended.

Cons We had pool access (not from the spa package) and other amenities, as the location was super central with tall buildings surrounded, the feeling of being exposed is real (compared to Willow Stream Spa or even Westin Bayshore). The room was again very relaxing and well equipped with its own washroom, shower, robe, etc. The sangre de fruta products were so great and the oil and body butter used made my skin so soft! Due to possible infection on my face they told me it's best not to do a facial but they still put some cream and moisturizer on me. They also cleanse my face and gave me a small bottle of cream. I am so hands-on in my life and so impatient and never maintain nail polish, so I usually don't bother with a manicure very often. The shellac didn't chip at all - there were maybe two slight scratches after a few days. Now my nails have grown out and the shellac peels a bit at the bottom, but it's actually easy to peel it off once it has gone past its useful lifetime. Much easier than rubbing at it with nasty chemical nail polish remover. So for me, way, way better than a normal manicure! I don't know what other spas/salons offer shellac, but Dawa gets some points for introducing me to it and giving me something that actually holds up.

It's not far from home, the staff is friendly, professional and super polite. The water/citrus tea with a little cup of almonds to munch on, and foot soak is an excellent touch! They pre-warmed the robes and had heating pads on the massage bed, which was awesome - both my boyfriend and I get cold VERY easily, so it made the experience that much better!
