    Pork Belly Curry

Came downtown for the junior Lilac Parade and decide upon this place for lunch. It's located in a gorgeous building right across from the Arena. Service is fast casual so you order at the counter and then the food is brought to you once ready. I started with a huckleberry sour, which hit the spot on a warm day. The pork belly curry was succulent and full of flavor. There is a patio, which would be nice on a cool evening! Come check this place out.

We grabbed food here before going to a concert at the pavilion! It was the perfect walking distance and had outside seating that was only us! The Caesar wrap was so delicious and filling. The bread I'd highly recommend but it was a lot with the wrap. The pretzel bites were different from anything I've had before but enjoyed them!

We came here for dinner the other night since my brother was raving about it. I can see why! It's located in an old unsuspecting building. Walking in, it was warm, modern, and inviting . We got seated quickly and we ordered online. For an app - we got tots, very tasty esp with the sauces. Personally I ordered the chicken curry with veggie basmati rice. It came with bread that I thought was a roti or pita. Whatever it was, it was fantastic! Everything was super tasty and nothing was mediocre! I was very surprised by this place! Definitely a must try while In downtown Spokane

Food was meh, not sure i would come back, got the hummus platter and the pita bread was wet and soggy, couldn't even dip with it because it would fall apart in my hand that's how wet it was! Hummus was good with whole olives but i feel like they jipped me on veggies and you have to pay extra 3$ just for veggies... for a hummus platter?! does that make any sense?! also my Sister got the sticky orange crispy chicken and the sauce for that was so salty She had to drink two full cups of water!

The price was great, with good food and good drinks. A perfect little spot with nice atmosphere right by riverfront park. You can order up front or on your phone, very quick and easy.

The house bread is SO good! Get it as an appetizer or sandwich - just be sure to get it! I subbed crispy tofu for the crispy chicken in the hot honey sandwich and it was delicious. A few other must haves are the pretzel bites and brownie dessert. There are a few TVs if you need to catch a game and the staff are always super friendly!

I was in Spokane for my 40th class reunion and my friend Kathy took me to this restaurant. They were really good about splitting both orders so we could try both with no extra fee which is huge plus! I'm not big on walk-up to the counter service, but she brought us our food and pre-paid drinks to the table. I was sad they didn't have a bottle of Chardonnay to sell us so we had to pay by the glass which is more expensive. The wine was tasty! The spinach salad was spicy, they should warn people they put red chili flakes in their salad, we didn't eat much of it because our mouths were on fire. The Pork Belly was Awesome, one of the best I ever had. Would I go back next time I'm in town? Probably not, I would want to go try something else instead.

Spokane was our last stop of our road trip on our way home after visiting a few national parks in WY and SD. We had stayed here on our first night of our road trip and familiarized ourselves with the areas around Riverfront Park. We picked Kasa because we wanted something casual with satisfying food by the beautiful Riverfront Park. The restaurant was simple but inviting and had a low-key vibe. It made us want to just chill in the afternoon sun coming through into the dining room. I ordered stout float and a BLTA on the app after sitting down. A few minutes later, a waitstaff came to inform us that they ran out of pork belly so I could order something else in lieu of my BLTA. I opted for French fries. Instead of doing a price adjustment on my bill, the waitstaff refunded my BLTA order and comped my fries. I was very appreciative The fries were good but the stout float was genius which was creamy and rich and it was like a meal on its own!

YUMM. This burger is easily up in the running for the best burger in Spokane. Great portions! Heavy on the lemon in the Caesar salad. You put your order in from your phone, which sucks if you have questions about the menu. But our food was perfect and the beer was great! Nice selection of local beers on tap.

We went out to dinner for the first time on July 12th 2025 to Kasa, where we ordered 2 dinners, one was the Pork Belly Butter in a bowl and the other was the Del Rio Pork in a bowl. I ordered the cocktail named Wrecking Ball ol Fashioned. The waitress Elizabeth was friendly and efficient, but the first put off was that we tried to give her our order we had to go up to the cash register or use the square as per management. The restaurant was not busy, so I think management would be advisedthat it would be nice to give the customer service and just simply take the order at tableside. The food arrived. It was very well presented. I took pictures. The pork belly was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The shredded pork was cooked perfectly and was delicious. It was the underpinnings, that was the problem. The rice w bland and devoid of all taste, as well as the chopped vegetables. That part was very disappointing. My drink was excellent and was very spirit forward. I enjoyed its it bitters and the cherry taste. For dessert, we tried the stout milkshake, which was simple and best after it melted awhile.. But in the future, we'd come back and try the brownie with the hazelnut ganache. We went outside to check the beer garden as potential. It looked like they were ripping up the landscape to possibly plant gardens. I hope so, because it has potential for beautiful gardens around for the outside deck.My dining companion and i agreed we would come back and try something different without the rice and try the outside patio when temperatures are cooler.

Very delicious food. It's a nice, quiet place, and the atmosphere is lovely. Customer service is excellent, and the place is very pleasant to grab a cold beer.

Every contact I've had with Grain Shed employees has been more than pleasant; they truly seem to enjoy working there, and take good care of their customers. I need to shout out to Toby and Audrey before I go on. They each provided 110% on customer service, being personable and making sure we left happy. On 2 separate trips to Spokane, I've visited the Grain Shed 3 and 4 times over the course of 3 days (yes, if you do the math, I went twice in 1 day, and the restaurant was NOT just around the corner!) Everything I've tried is delish, but in case you have to limit yourself, I highly recommend the OG, the beets and feta toast, the bread flight with sauces and cheese, the molasses ginger cookie, and maybe a chocolate croissant. I've heard their bread pudding and pumpkin pie (holiday special) are out of this world! I tried to get over to listen to their live music before leaving town, but still need to squeeze that into my schedule. Travelers: save space in your luggage for a loaf of bread. Sadly, no shipping at this time, but I'm waiting for it! This SoCal resident is officially The Grain Shed's #1 fan. I dare any of you to try to take away my title!

The Grain Shed does a farm to table model and is a bakery and brewery. I got a snack here along with a beer and left quite satisfied. I got a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on some of their house made bread with some Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese. The exact name for this sandwich is the Cheesy Toastie. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.
