I drove all the way out from Long Beach to buy a car with cash that I was interested in. When speaking with one of the lead sales managers, he was very rude and short with during negotiations. They require you to buy additional accessories with the car, even if you don't want them and include that in the price that they're asking. Also, they are unwilling to accommodate to any of the things that you may feel are important to you. (Damage to car, price of vehicle if paying cash, warranties) When he mentioned the price to me and I let him know that it was too steep, he wouldn't even let me keep the document that his rep created with the breakdown of the offer telling me that it was "private information". It felt like I was supposed to be forced to make a decision on the spot, rather than being able to go home and think about it. After all, what's private about an offer that you gave me on a car that I'm buying? All he was worried about was saying "this is my dealership." The posted price is at least $1,500 less than it actually is. They install a vehicle tracking 'accessory' that is not optional and not removable (according to them). It is essentially you paying $1,500 so they can track your car, and I would guess repo it if they need to. When I brought this up with the guy on the phone, he hung up on me. Our salesman Eli went above and beyond to help us out. The business manager helped us leave satisfied by giving us the price point we wanted. The employees are great, had no issues with them. They kept asking how they could help us throughout the time we were there. I only had minor issues with the car when we left LA. As soon as I got home (4 hours later), the car turned off completely and I had to go to Costco before they closed to get a new battery. I also had to change the remote key battery since it stopped working once we got home. I already know how to change these things so it wasn't a problem for me, and you do buy the car "As Is". Other than that, the car is running smoothly after I changed the battery and I'm very happy and in love with it. read more

If I could do one star I would. My husband worked with a salesperson regarding a van being sold on line that had no windows on the sides. He drove all the way to Pacoima but the van was not on site. He spent over an hour working on the price and once price was agreed upon he was driven to the van. They arrived and he was shown a van with windows on both sides. Can we say "Bait and switch". I had my own financing with navy fed. Told them I didn't want a credit app. They said they would soft pull my credit to verify my identity. I said ok no problem soft pull. Then They hard pulled my Experian and Transunion reports. Then the sales manager Javier gave me a BS excuse that they needed to do a hard pull. No reason why. He said "just call them and tell them you pulled out of the deal" and the whole time they could've just made a phone call to both bureaus to remove it. Was also told my car was being washed while I was an hour away at my credit union branch in Hawthorne getting the draft check to give to them. They said it would be done once I come back. It wasn't. And I waited 30 additional minutes for that even after signing 2 million pieces of paperwork. Definition of shady dealer tactics. When I was signing the carfax disclosure their rating was 2.6/5. Bait and switch. Online prices are not real they add $2,000 for navigation and LoJack which is factory in the car. so save your money and go somewhere else. Example: 11,636$ online price Got there and it was 15,000 So I test drove the car and they said no no we honor the online price. So we said okay and they did the paper work and the price was 15,200 for the LoJack and navigation which is stock. So the price was not matched as it was online or it wouldn't of been $17,000 its a HUGE difference from 13,464 After tax title registration in the car it was 17,000 BAIT AND SWITCH! If there is more than one bait and switch review the place probably does it be aware and read all reviews not just the good ones! I tried reaching out several times, asked for a manager and was denied the service. I called and told it was sold then my boyfriend went and test drove it the next day? Very friendly folks, hard working and willing to help in anyway. They allowed us to take the vehicle to an auto mechanic (of our choosing) and get a pre purchase full inspection. We had no problems here and felt well taken care of. Speaking with Elizabeth reminds us of speaking with family, she's super cool. The car itself was in very good condition apart from some minor dings and a small dent but it's expected when looking at used vehicles. Interior was good and it was all cleaned after purchase. Do not buy from them. $4000 in extra accessories on contract and they cannot explain what they actually are. Car broke down with in 5 days theyre mechanic did an oil change. 2 days later engine light goes on and then off. They can't do anything unless it's on. Took it to another mechanic who quoted me $7000 to repair and said it looked like they turned off the codes with a reader. Opened air compressor and there were 1000s of what look like seeds. Bird seed. Did a reverse pic found out they are carpet beetles and have been there a long time. They feed off the leather and got into the air lines. When I told them they asked me where I parked the car and made it my fault. In 6 mos car has been in the shop every other week. Now I hear boiling sound after I drive any sort of distance. Coolant is boiling but they've replaced lines, reserve,cap and pressurized it. Still boils. We're going to look into the engine now. $50000 of junk. read more
