I'll have to echo other reviewers here on the "painless" aspect of this experience! After months…read moreof searching, I found what I was looking for here. I was extremely eager to get a roll on this purchase. My salesman Shawn was incredibly attentive, honest, and kind through the entire process. It was important to me that I get everything answered accurately and in a timely manner since I'd be traveling from Houston on my only free weekend to see the car. Shawn spoke with me every day and handled all my concerns/issues quickly. Finally made the trip up. I saw my car up front, exactly as described and pictured. Walking in, I was greeted immediately and taken for a test drive. From test drive to final drive off, I was there less than two hours at the same desk with the same guy. No pawning off to different people in different buildings for different sets of paperwork. Absolutely ZERO haggle, zero hidden fees, zero pain. Shawn was beyond accommodating. And of course, the car has been a dream. Finally I have ONE positive thing to say about Dallas. Thanks, guys.

"the shielding on the rear left and right is cracked where the front wheel house liners attach at the rockers". Additionally on OBD and OBDII and I quote, "Not all monitors show ready for testing without error. EVAP system shows incomplete and thus has not fully passed. The following systems reported codes. Will need further research and and diagnostics for source of codes". And there is more.... I made a deal with Sam, that I have in writing - Palomino was supposed to split the inspection report cost. $300 from each of us. When I confronted Sam with he report he said that the car needs to be driven a while to clear the codes. I decided not to pursue the car based on the report. The car was NOT in saleable condition. They subsequently refused to pay their half of the inspection. How can a person purchase a car when its not ready to be sold? This dealer is not reputable and has a C+ with the BBB for a reason. They do not tell the truth and actually lied which is funny because I have it in writing. Stay clear of this dealer - Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware)

Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.

1 Star -- Shady Dealership, Beware…read more I had a terrible experience here. They pressured me into leaving a deposit to "hold" a car, even though no paperwork was signed and I made it clear I hadn't made a final decision. I came back to test drive the cars, and they were in horrible condition -- they smelled bad, were dirty inside, and had obvious cosmetic damage that was never mentioned. The photos online were completely misleading. I decided not to move forward with the purchase, and when I asked for my deposit back, they refused. No contract, no agreement -- just a shady tactic to keep money without providing anything in return. I've contacted my lawyer, and I'm prepared to take legal action if this isn't resolved properly. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. If this is how they treat potential buyers, imagine how they treat customers after they've taken your money.

I kept wondering why the dealer kept pressuring me over and over again to hurry up and leave a review. About 10 days later, the engine begins to tick very noticeably and 2 days after that the timing chain can be heard rattling. None of which could be detected at the time of purchase. What's even worse is that I was hesitant to buy just because its 11k of hard-earned money, but the owner reassured me that there were no issues with this truck. to make matters worse, the AC stopped working and when I took it a mechanic, they stated that the repair would cost over 2,000!!! because the leak is in the Evaporator coil and that have to remove the entire dash!! I contacted the owner who told me he'd check with his mechanic, but he was out of town for 10 days. Then he contacted me and said that the mechanic won't do the repair! Really, your mechanic who works for you, won't do the repair?? BEWARE of this Dealer. I regret ever stopping there. Read the reviews like I did. the cars look good on the outside. There were a lot of moving parts. Chuy handled the front end with patience and zero pressure. He actually listened to what our family needed and made the experience feel relaxed and personal. Behind the scenes, Nick helped structure everything so the numbers worked -- and somehow our monthly payment didn't increase, even with the upgrade to a full-size Expedition. That mattered to us. The whole process felt straightforward and honest. No games. No surprises. Just people who know what they're doing and care about getting it right. We brought the Expedition home and our kids looked like it was Christmas morning. Nicolle is still talking about how smooth everything went. After this experience, we wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else but Planet Ford Dallas. Chuy and Nick earned that loyalty.

He was offended and said all Teachers/librarians are liars. The audacity! To call a customer who you just met a liar because you got caught in your own lie. If this is how Planet Ford treats our military men and teachers who serve our community, they do not deserve anyone's business. *Because I cannot reply back to your comment, Justin. This is not how the story went. You had only hateful things to say, you did not say other librarians had been pleasant. You said they were ALL liars. When I said what I said, I pointed out the lie we had been told first. I just purchased a brand new Bronco down the road for a WAY better price and it wasn't even used. Anyone looking at Planet Ford, it's worth it to take the extra 7 minute drive to Westway Ford where they treat customers with dignity and respect.

He congratulated me on my new purchase and provided me a lot of information about the newer model. After answering all of my questions and concerns he said enter the red carpet and follow the music and that will be your car. The car's lights were flashing and the music was bumping! The car was spotless (as I would have expected) and the walk around inspection was perfect. He then guided me out of the service center and I was on my way. If Tesla have more staff like him, they should be rated 5 stars! That is the kind of experience I expect from them and they didn't let me down.

I had an unpleasant experience with the service department here recently. The customer service at…read morethis location is awful. When I walked in, I was not greeted. All of the employees were on their laptops and not paying attention to customers. I literally had to ask someone to help me check in for my scheduled service appointment. I was scheduled to have my windshield repaired and was told it would be completed by the end of the day. I was also told I would not receive a loaner because my car would be ready the same day, so I had to arrange my own transportation. I was told that the service advisor would provide status updates, yet hours went by without any communication. I eventually had to reach out myself to see if my car was being worked on. After I contacted them, I was told that my car hadn't even been started until 4 p.m. even though my appointment was at 10 a.m. This location clearly accepts more appointments than it can handle in a day and does not deliver according to the timeline they provide. I was then told I would now receive a loaner since my car wouldn't be ready the same day, despite being told earlier that it would be. Additionally, I was rushed to sign the loaner agreement. The loaner they provided was dirty and an older model that I didn't know how to operate because it was different from my car. I even had to ask someone how to change the gears. It also had some scratches on the front bumper of the drivers side. I will never return to this location for service.

I am only leaving this review as a warning because I don't want anyone to get scammed…read more My husband and I test drove a GMC Yukon and we immediately took it to get inspected at a nearby shop since it's a used car. The mechanic that helped us just had to hear the after market muffler to know the car was illegal. He looked under the car to confirm that it had no catalytic converter and advised that it would cost quite a bit of money to make it legal again. The Yukon is already listed for $30k so not worth the investment either way you slice it. We got back to the dealer and told them what we found out and they were surprised we knew that information. Obviously, they knew and were never going to tell us. Make no mistake, dealers know the exact condition of every car on their lot. They were nice people but there's definitely some shady business happening here. I feel like it is our responsibility to pass this information along. EDIT: Only on their dealer site, not on any other sites this car was listed, does it say "NO CATS" which most people have no clue as to what that means. Regardless, still illegal and still will cost a lot of money to make legal on top of the high price tag. We were also advised that it could have been used as a race car which would mean the transmission could potentially be in jeopardy. Lastly, most cars on their lot don't have state stickers on them except for 3 at the front from what we saw Just because people have been in business for a long time does not mean they haven't just been getting away with shady business for a long time. Just be vigilant here.
