"the shielding on the rear left and right is cracked where the front wheel house liners attach at the rockers". Additionally on OBD and OBDII and I quote, "Not all monitors show ready for testing without error. EVAP system shows incomplete and thus has not fully passed. The following systems reported codes. Will need further research and and diagnostics for source of codes". And there is more.... I made a deal with Sam, that I have in writing - Palomino was supposed to split the inspection report cost. $300 from each of us. When I confronted Sam with he report he said that the car needs to be driven a while to clear the codes. I decided not to pursue the car based on the report. The car was NOT in saleable condition. They subsequently refused to pay their half of the inspection. How can a person purchase a car when its not ready to be sold? This dealer is not reputable and has a C+ with the BBB for a reason. They do not tell the truth and actually lied which is funny because I have it in writing. Stay clear of this dealer - Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware)

Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. They pressured me into leaving a deposit to "hold" a car, even though no paperwork was signed and I made it clear I hadn't made a final decision. I came back to test drive the cars, and they were in horrible condition -- they smelled bad, were dirty inside, and had obvious cosmetic damage that was never mentioned. The photos online were completely misleading. I decided not to move forward with the purchase, and when I asked for my deposit back, they refused. No contract, no agreement -- just a shady tactic to keep money without providing anything in return. I've contacted my lawyer, and I'm prepared to take legal action if this isn't resolved properly. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. If this is how they treat potential buyers, imagine how they treat customers after they've taken your money.

All of the employees were on their laptops and not paying attention to customers. I literally had to ask someone to help me check in for my scheduled service appointment. I was scheduled to have my windshield repaired and was told it would be completed by the end of the day. I was also told I would not receive a loaner because my car would be ready the same day, so I had to arrange my own transportation. I was told that the service advisor would provide status updates, yet hours went by without any communication. I eventually had to reach out myself to see if my car was being worked on. After I contacted them, I was told that my car hadn't even been started until 4 p.m. even though my appointment was at 10 a.m. This location clearly accepts more appointments than it can handle in a day and does not deliver according to the timeline they provide. I was then told I would now receive a loaner since my car wouldn't be ready the same day, despite being told earlier that it would be. Additionally, I was rushed to sign the loaner agreement. The loaner they provided was dirty and an older model that I didn't know how to operate because it was different from my car. I even had to ask someone how to change the gears. It also had some scratches on the front bumper of the drivers side. I will never return to this location for service.

The mechanic that helped us just had to hear the after market muffler to know the car was illegal. He looked under the car to confirm that it had no catalytic converter and advised that it would cost quite a bit of money to make it legal again. The Yukon is already listed for $30k so not worth the investment either way you slice it. We got back to the dealer and told them what we found out and they were surprised we knew that information. Obviously, they knew and were never going to tell us. Make no mistake, dealers know the exact condition of every car on their lot. They were nice people but there's definitely some shady business happening here. I feel like it is our responsibility to pass this information along. EDIT: Only on their dealer site, not on any other sites this car was listed, does it say "NO CATS" which most people have no clue as to what that means. Regardless, still illegal and still will cost a lot of money to make legal on top of the high price tag. We were also advised that it could have been used as a race car which would mean the transmission could potentially be in jeopardy. Lastly, most cars on their lot don't have state stickers on them except for 3 at the front from what we saw Just because people have been in business for a long time does not mean they haven't just been getting away with shady business for a long time. I have now purchased two Mercedes Benz from Top Line Auto…read more(2005 E500 bought in 2016 for me & 2011 ML350 bought in 2022 for my wife), and both times I have nothing to complain about. Both I took to my mechanic (see my review on European Service Center) and both cars just needed regular maintenance work. Both were 11 years old when I bought them, so yeah, it was bit more than just fluids and filters, and yes, they are MERCEDES so the cost will be higher than a Toyota. Everyone in Top Line was attentive and patiently answered all mine and my wife's questions. There were a couple of things on the ML350 that I pointed out and they could care of. There was one item that they stated they could not fix easily (steering column would not go up or down, but does retract and extend) and therefore they would not do it. Since this is more a comfort item than anything else, we had no problem with that. If any my friends were to look for used luxury vehicles, I would send them to Top Line, and when I am looking for my next car, I will be returning.
