This is my second time at Karma, and my second time having Nina as our server--and once again, she absolutely went over and above and beyond. The sushi was some of the best I've ever had. Everything we tried was fantastic, and even if sushi isn't your thing, there are plenty of excellent options on the rest of the menu. Honestly, I rate this place top shelf. A special shout-out to Nina. She was fantastic from start to finish--friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and her suggestions for the sushi were spot-on. She genuinely made the experience special. May 15, 2026 I'm writing this a week retrospectively from my experience, since I've been through a few things medically in the last week and needed time to think about our family's experience at Karma-Burlington. First - our server, Kendra A. Was really good and kind. She worked hard for the 7 of us and my few criticisms don't reflect on her at all. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First - let me say that Karma/Burlington is not set up properly for large parties. Our table was located right next to the kitchen door. It is neither a gracious nor a comfortable place to have a large dinner together.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Secondly, the table was both too narrow and not long enough to accommodate people and large plates of food. In other words, it was cramped and because of that, not nearly as welcoming as it could have been.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Third - the music in the restaurant is obnoxious. It was always on the edge of being too loud and it's directed at a younger crowd .... People who either don't care about assaults on their hearing or who don't care about being able to have meaningful conversations at moderate levels.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Now... let's talk about the food. Generally, it was really good, though their Pu-Pu platter for two sucks for the price ($37.00 each). There were no egg-rolls on it, only two fried shrimp, a stack of boneless Chinese rib pieces, and some chicken fingers - which were overly breaded and not worth eating. I also counted four crabs Rangoon pieces on each platter. Not exactly a generous offering!! I'd definitely skip this appetizer next time. Now - we chose, as a family, to eat communally - passing plates around and sharing everything. I've attached the photo of the receipt, so that you can see what we ordered. Three plates stood out as exceptional: the Coffee-braised short ribs were really delicious. Fattening, but amazing. The second was the Beef with mixed vegetables - one of my perennial favorites at Karma. The third was the Mongolian Beef, which was tender, savory, and delicious. The Stir-fried Yee Mein was not memorable and I'd not order it again. My eldest daughter ordered the Philly Maki and the Cucumber and Avocado Maki. Both were good but very much not exceptional. A number of us ordered the Hot & Sour soup and it was very good - as it usually is. The soup was served piping hot and quickly, which made it a small delight. The service we received was good across the board and the restaurant cannot be faulted for how busy they were.... Which I have to say did not at all impact the quality of our meal. All I have to say is WOW. This is one of the coolest and tastiest Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. I highly recommend Karma, it's awesome. The menu is huge, and it's fusion so there's a variety to choose from (including sushi). I've been to Karma countless times, and it's always amazing. Consistently one of my go-to spots. The black pepper udon noodles are a must -- easily one of the best dishes on the menu and something I order almost every time. The crab rangoons are delicious, perfectly crispy and flavorful. My favorite roll is the Pineapple Express, but honestly all of the sushi rolls are very good and well executed. That said, I'd personally stay away from most of the Chinese dishes as the sushi and noodles are where Karma really shines. Also, make a reservation because it's almost always packed. For locations: Westford is also amazing, and very consistent with this one. The Winchester location, while good, leans more into fine dining and is much more expensive , not really worth it in my opinion compared to the other spots. Usually salt and pepper pork shops tend to be greasy and heavy. The batter on these pork chops was light. The pork chops were also not overly salted. The star of the show was the garlic fried chicken though. If you are a fan of fried garlic, fried chillies and fried chicken (no batter though), this is your jam. My friend took me to Karma in Burlington for a birthday lunch, and I really enjoyed it! Right from the outside, the place looks super clean and classy, definitely gives a nice first impression. By far, this was one of my favorite places I went all year. I was a little worried from the outside, looking in thinking it was gimmicky, but the food tasted amazing. Everything tasted fresh well seasoned and beautiful. The birds nest actually being an edible bird nest all the way to the stuffed crab that packed a punch with the spices. It is on the leaner side, which imo is not to my liking. What makes a cantonese style duck delicious is the fatties of the duck, the roasted texture of the glazed skin, and the taste of the spices. This duck did not have that wow factor that you can get in Chinatown or even the Chinese restaurant in Encore casino. Not a bad duck but I came in with high expectations. The negi-hama maki was good. It does come in tiny mini bite portion. Shrinkflation I guess. Overall, this restaurant is a typical fusion restaurant. Today I went with my family to eat at Karma and I must say I was disappointed. The food was decent, one thing I noticed which really bothered me to my core was the fact that the server began removing plates from the table without asking if we were finished nor asking if we desired anything else to order. Truly felt rushed out. I noticed people at the table to my left who were already served when we were seated out on the patio. Their plates weren't taken nor the table behind us. We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Karma, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We booked our table in advance, and the reservation process was smooth--they did take a credit card to hold the table, which was totally fine and gave us peace of mind for a busy night. The staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to bring our own birthday cake, and at the end of the meal they brought it out with birthday candles for my daughter, which made her feel so special. That thoughtful touch really meant a lot to us. The food was excellent. We loved the sushi--fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The Yin Yang Chicken was a standout dish, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The drinks were also fantastic and paired really well with the food. Asian Fusion cuisine located in the same plaza as the Burlington mall. This is a perfect place to go at anytime of day. I went with a group of 5 of us for dinner and anytime I go we do family style eating which is perfect. Food: we got the Peking duck to start which neverrr disappoints. We also got the pad Thai, Yuen yang spicy beef, black cod with citrus miso sauce, and the Mongolian beef. None come with rice so make sure to order some! They also have some great cocktails. I got the Andalusia which was the right amount of sweet and tangy. Service: the service was slow at first but definitely picked up once we started ordering. I like how anytime I'm here I never feel rushed to order or to finish my meal at a certain time. It gets busy at this location but the service is never rushed. I really can't figure out the fascination with this place. Reviews and recommendations from the Phantom Gourmet, friends and colleagues had me hyped. I gave it a test to see how everything was and I was unimpressed with everything. Duck Bao was dry. Duck is usually fatty, but you're served the thinnest slice and is served dry and chewy. We got straight to ordering which included a few cocktails and beers. I was disappointed with my experience at Karma Burlington on 7/22. My family and I have been loyal, long-time patrons of both the Burlington and Andover locations, which made this interaction especially disappointing. The day before, I made a reservation for six people. On the day of our reservation, I called to see if it was possible to add two more guests to our party. I completely understood that the restaurant might not be able to accommodate the request, and I wasn't upset if the answer was no. What disappointed me was the manager's tone and attitude. Her response was immediate, dismissive, and came across as rude. There was no effort to see if anything could be done or to offer an alternative. A simple, courteous explanation or even an attempt to check would have gone a long way. As a long-time customer, I expected a higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression and made me feel like our loyalty as customers wasn't valued. I told her I would tell my two 85 yr old parents, they couldn't join us for dinner and she said great take care... The seafood birds nest came with very fresh seafood (would get again). I would skip the Peking duck as it wasn't crispy or anything special from a roasted duck. We were 4 at Burlington, my sister-in-law called for a reservation and got one, she asked if the restaurant served Bud Light and she was told yes. We arrived early and went to the Bar for a drink we were then informed they do not have any regular beer. We were seated and 3 of us got Hibachi, two came out both on one large plate and one came on a small plate that was not big enough to hold just the meal and then once the rice was added it spilled everywhere. All of the Hibachi restaurants we have been to always do fried rice this was very sticky white rice. The beef was tough and hard to chew. We finished payed the bill we were finishing our cocktails and getting ready to leave, when we were approached by a manager we were told after her name was Gabby. She asked us how everything was and then stated they have table time restrictions and we needed to wrap up. We spent almost $300 with tip. I have not had a table restriction since COVID. I could understand if the bill wasn't paid but that was not acceptable, to be asked to leave, very disappointing and we will not be back, or recommend Karma. read more

Very beautiful restaurant, clean and quiet. There were a lot of options on the menus, something for everyone! We had Salmon on Fire, and a few specialty rolls. They were very tasty and definitely had their own twist to it. The only negative thing I have to mention is that their rolls are very, very tiny along with their sashimi. It's very expensive, so I was hoping for a decent size. The service was very attentive and quick, and they explained what everything was and how they were going to torch their salmon.
