Haven't been here in a long while and it's still a pretty solid choice for on the go sushi. The prices are decent and quality of fish and assembly was good too. The eel nigiri was my favorite. Yellowtail could be better but still very good for mall sushi. Everything is made to order and is very fresh. There was only one person making sushi so it could be a little slow if you're in a rush. First of all I go a soda. that's it that's all. I sat back down with my child and a small amount of soda spilled so I went back up to the counter and asked for some napkins they told me I couldn't get a napkin unless I laid or bought food! I have gone here several occasions never once had an issue with their california rolls. They took me right away which was fantastic didn't take long at all. I ate everything and about 6 hours later I got food poisoning it was a 24 hour bug it was so bad never felt as sick as that in a long time. I ordered 2 tuna and salmon poke bowls and a spicy salmon roll. It took us 50 minutes to get our order. 4 people who ordered after us got their food before us. The fish inside the poke bowl is cut sloppy. The roll was poorly made and the salmon tasted extremely fishy. We decided to throw the whole roll away. I usually don't complain but there was no warning on this long of a wait. When we checked in after watching others get their food, my boyfriend was told his order was coming up. So when I'm home I'm constantly trying to find places to compare to this place but nothing stands a chance. And honestly you would never think that a place at the mall food court would be this good! I'm at Burlington mall often so you can imagine that I was pretty stoked when I found out that a sushi place opened up. I can only speak for the maki rolls as that was all that I have ordered thus far. If you like overcooked sticky sushi rice, and A LOT of it on your rolls then you may not hate this place. However, my preference goes to less rice and less soggy of rice texture. The fish is okay, tasted decently fresh; no complaints there. The soy sauce is given in a small plastic half-filled, disposable container with a lid for the two rolls that I ordered. There were no doubt that the soy sauce was definitely watered down with barely any taste. The color and how watery it was gave it all away. The wasabi also carried the same effect. I put the whole thing of wasabi into my barely-there soy sauce and hardly, if even, could taste any of it in the sauce. Ultimately, if I desperately needed to feed a sushi craving while at work, I would go back. The price is great and location is convenient. $7.99 for your choice of two maki rolls. At the end of the day, it's in the food court at the mall. You get what you paid for. read more

i ordered a spicy tuna roll to see how the sushi was. The roll was okay. Nothing special but not horrible. Why two stars then? The soy sauce was watered down. This is a pretty big offense in my book. If they are cutting corners with soy sauce, who knows what other corners they are cutting to save money. And you really should not cut corners with raw fish. But notwithstanding, soy sauce is a pretty substantial part of the sushi experience, why else would I pay $6 for a small piece of fish with some rice. read more
