Sammy was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked into Bare Bizz Body Wax. The process was super quick and clean. I absolutely love the type of wax she uses because it doesn't leave you with the sticky feeling after the process is complete and it doesn't hurt as bad when it pulls out your hair from the root. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend! I am happy to say that Bare Bizz Body Wax has gained a new loyal customer as I plan on coming here every time I need any type of waxing services :).

When the $20 long-hair surcharge came up, multiple employees gathered around me to discuss the charge and asked questions about how much I had paid for my Groupon. I had no issue paying a reasonable surcharge for my hair length, but the entire interaction was uncomfortable and unnecessarily chaotic. I don't understand why the amount I paid for the Groupon was relevant to determining the surcharge. Throughout the appointment, I was subjected to aggressive upselling and the haircut itself was even worse. I was asked to remove my glasses, and im telling you I'm blind, and my hair was cut without checking that I was comfortable with the length. Im talking 6+ inches were taken before I knew what was happening. The cut felt unprofessional, like she doesn't actually have any credentials and jack hacked away, and no styling products were used to control even though they commented on my frizz. But it's just hair. Most concerning, during the hair wash, a ton of water got into my ear. I am prone to earwax blockages and I woke up the following morning with a clogged sensation. I am now concerned that I may need medical attention to address it from previous blockage experiences. So with that specialist copay and upcharge I certainly didn't save money or time on this Groupon.
