Space appears clean, man greeted me as soon as I walked in and I was shown to a private room for a 45 min massage. Thankfully I have common sense and got undressed because he didn't even say anything, just walked me to the room and walked away lol, no words. I actually like few words and wished it remained. Unfortunately he was very loud when he yelled for Amy while she was mid getting my knots out. And sis yelled back. Yeah. No. We not doing that. But they did, twice lmao. Sooooooo the price is amazingly affordable and Amy knew how to give a massage, that's for sure, however I will pay double for quiet and ultimate relaxation. Just me:) I would stop by in the future for perhaps a chair/foot massage! Thank you

We didn't ask for any focus in particular for our massages, but my masseuse noticed I had a lot of knots in my back and so she worked on that for a while. First off, the spa music was skipping around and stopping sporadically and even played a couple ads. Super relaxing. I don't think my masseuse was trained properly because she was essentially rubbing her knuckles and forearm bones along my bones. Pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. Not sure if she thought it was my muscle or what. Mid way through she tried to upsell me on the hot stone enhancement, but I declined, mostly out of fear those would be grinded on my bones as well. There's a spa next door so I'm trying them next.

I had booked an appointment yesterday evening at this wellness center after reading some great…read morereviews about John. I have to say I did not experience any of what I read. The customer service was very poor from the time of check in to the time of check out. When I first arrived, John just gave me a quiet hello then gives me some papers to fill out and didn't say much else before taking me into room. During the massage, I felt some discomfort when he would knead my body with his arms because it felt like he had new grown hairs on his arms that were rubbing against my skin ( like when a man shaves his beard, then the new hairs start growing back- that's what it felt like rubbing against my skin). I couldn't really relax because of this. I did mention this to him at the end of the massage and his response was "That's the first time I've heard that." Didn't even apologize. Just gave a short nonchalant response. Plus, usually when I a get massage, at the end, my massage therapist offers me water and ask how the massage was and lets me know the problem areas they found during my massage, like knots in my back, tightness or inflammation in certain parts of my body and they would recommended stretches, ways to position you body while sleeping to help with hips and joint discomfort. There wasn't much communication after the massage either. John, did not offer me water, did not mention any problem areas he found in my body, nor did he give me any type of suggestions for any daily care like stretches, exercises, etc. He also never apologized for the rubbing hairs feeling on my skin. It was like he didn't want to be bothered with me anymore after the massage. He struck me as somewhat antisocial and someone lacking in customer service. This will definitely not be my go- to place for a Therapeutic massage.

We called the evening…read morebefore and were lucky enough to schedule a last minute couples massage for the following afternoon. We got a Valentine's Day package consisting of a 60-minute couples massage and a gift bag filled with 2 face sheet masks, a small box of chocolates, and a small teddy bear toy for $159. Sweet deal! They had us fill out digital questionnaires listing our contact information, allergies, massage preference (swedish, medium pressure, deep tissue), and problem/achy body areas then we were promptly brought to a room. The room and the massage table themselves are nothing fancy, but there is calming background music to help you relax. You begin face down and place the towel over your body and wait for them to arrive. I opted for deep tissue massage and we both added the option of cupping (an additional $40 total) and it was awesome. Crystal was my massage therapist and she provided the perfect amount of pressure and really worked out a lot of my knots and tight muscles. I've gotten cupping done before, but this was a much better experience (painful for the first minute as I was acclimating myself to the suction feeling again, but felt great for the remainder of the time). Since we both enjoyed our massages so much, we opted for one of their massage packages - 10 massages for $589. That's an amazing deal!! We already scheduled back-to-back massages with Crystal for next month. Can't wait!
