It was my sister's bday and she mentioned how wonderful it would be if we could both go get a good massage - called a bunch of places and no-one else could fit us in same day but the receptionist at Stress Solutions moved things around so we could both come in 45 mins later. My sister was fortunate to be worked on by the owner, Betsy, and her comment after was "if I could give 5 1/2 stars I would!" Kevin was my masseur and provided an excellent combination of stretching and medium pressure massage. There were areas of tightness he found that I hadn't even been aware of. First time at Stress Solutions Spa and it was wonderful! The atmosphere was tranquil and inviting. The therapist were very welcoming. The massage was perfect! I especially like the use of the warm towels on different areas of the body. Special attention was placed on my areas of concern and I felt like each area was throughly covered. I always have a good experience when I come here for a massage. I've been to other massage places before, but Stress Spa Solutions beats them hands down. A lot of places advertise a 1 hour massage, however, they take time off that hour for you to get undressed and dressed. With SSS, I've never had this issue! Their packages are decently priced for the service you get. I highly recommend them. Also, they have other services too - which I've yet to try. read more

Very clean and stress free place! Bought this deal they were having from Groupon and I would highly recommend this place. It's tucked away on the main road of Watchung. Even though it's on a main road, when you come in its soft and serene. Dark but clean. I noticed it was clean when I used their bathroom. I had a 30min scrub and massage. Stephanie my masseuse was great. She scrubbed my feet and had a very soft voice. The shower I used was clean! I felt so relaxed. For my 30 min massage, Steph had really good pressure on my back, neck and arms. I felt good. Fell asleep after the scrub. Into a deep sleep! Most definitely would recommend this place. Betsey and NaNa are great. Even with my injuries they are able to work around them and still deliver a fluid and thoroughly satisfying massage. The prices are reasonable and I have not experienced here the nickel-and-dime BS from other places distinguishing more expense for hot stone, cupping, etc. Which ever method or tools are required to get the job done are implemented by the passionate craftsmen (craftswomen, craftspersons?) as needed. This place is by far the best in the area. I found it through groupon for a 30 minute scrub and 30 minute massage. The massage was so good I decided to purchase their (12) 60 minute massage package and have gone for them several times since I purchased it. Stephanie, by far, gives the best massages I've ever had and I plan to continue going back to her every time. This place is great. read more
