Straight fire! The oxtails are a little to salty for me on occasions. The chopped jerk chicken and smothered pork chops are banging; oh yeah and the rum cake! read more

We were very excited to try this establishment however when entering signs simple states "seat yourself" which we did however after no one came to the table to take order after 15 Minutes we placed the order using the scan code menu thinking perhaps they were like other establishments where you order and they bring the food to table or call you name something. That was not the case! So after 15 wasted minutes and another hour of waiting of which time customers walked in ordered and left. Our in house or online order took OVER AN HOUR to make it complete. THIS WAS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! Even after that the order was WRONG! I will never go back nor recommend this place. My bf , bff and I left highly disappointed and the food was no where near the quality of such a long wait. This is the exact reason I wait to give tips until food is received and inspected. read more

Over priced and poor customer service one guy just setting there didn't say a word never again

I absolutely love this restaurant. I stumbled upon this restaurant. I'm so glad I did. I had the dry rubbed ribs with the Mac & cheese, and cabbage. I must say the cabbage was cooked well but I didn't like the seasoning, but others may enjoy it. I really loved the ribs & Mac & cheese. My friend got the shrimp mac & cheese can carry chicken which he enjoyed. My 2nd. visit I got the same items except the cabbage. I added the peach cobbler which was different but I enjoyed it! My 3rd. visit I got the Jamaican patty & coco bread and it was delicious! I'm looking forward to trying additional menu items. My suggestion to other customers is to call ahead or you will wait a bit because they cook per order I believe, and it's worth it! read more

Only issue was they had a bar with no bartender but other than that Rasta pasta was bomb! It did have a little spice but don't be scared! We also tried the jerk chicken wings with Mac and cheese and cabbage. Everything was amazing. I would definitely run it back! read more

The food is delicious. Nice BLACK WOMAN owned. I've had the seafood Rasta pasta, Cajun shrimp, and Cajun salmon! They have good desserts too

Love love love. A new favorite. So nice to have something in the area that's authentic and not a chain. The staff makes the experience even better bc they are down to earth and feel like family. read more

Excellent jerk ribs. I do mean excellent. Their cabbage is pretty good as well. They're always busy, so order ahead if you want your food at a specific time, as they are a little slow. But considering how much I enjoy their jerk ribs, I'm willing to wait. I wish they sold jerk beef ribs. read more

Food is so good, worth every penny. Corn bread is the best I've ever had!! Definitely try this spot if you've never been.

Ordered the Rasta pasta, upgraded to oxtail and got a side of crabcake eggrolls. The food was fantastic. I ordered takeout and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. read more

The staff was pleasant. I ordered my food to go. The restaurant was extremely busy and I waited about 39 minutes. Unfortunately my order was forgotten/loss. No worries the owner was pleasant and professional. She corrected the situation. She offered me additional food. I declined, things happen. That was a mistake on my part; the food was delicious. I should have ordered more lol. I recommend this restaurant. Be patient and you won't be disappointed. read more

In my 50 plus years of life, I have never threw a plate of ox tails in the trash. Today was the day. Maybe they specialize in too many foods bbq, soul food and Caribbean. I ordered the ox tails and my god today that was the saltiest piece of meat I have ever tasted. I can't even identify the flavors and I been West Indian all my life. How do you mess up rice. The rice and peas had NO flavor. Also ordered a beef patty and it was Luke warm. I don't understand when I had to wait 30 minutes for the food. Maybe their soul food is better. I'll never know. I'm so disappointed and still hungry. Now I have to go cook. read more

The food was amazing! I mean everything, I tried the chicken & shrimp Rasta pasta; it was spicy but I'm all spice!!! Let me tell you, them damn COLLARDS were everything, probably taste better than ya granny's lmao! We also tried the fried whiting w MAC & Cabbage.....my my my, BOMB NO EXAGGERATION. The customer svc was on point, the cashier was polite & had great suggestions. Honestly, i was not let down. AT ALL!!! I would continue to visit this establishment when in the area. Oh don't forget to purchase some treats; the cupcakes were delicious. read more

My significant other and I went to Ka'ribbean Fire for take-out. The online menu looked incredible, so imagine my surprise to arrive and find out that smothered fried chicken and smothered pork chops aren't served. Do you know what is like to have your mind set on something and then it is not available? I am serious about food and was too devastated to order a different entrée. My significant other ordered oxtails with cabbage, rice and peas, and plantains. I got a beef patty and peach cobbler. I tasted a little of his oxtails and rice, which were tender and good. However, later that evening he had abdominal trouble. I ate the beef patty and was disappointed. The pastry was good but the interior meat was a paste consistency. I've had better both fresh and frozen. The peach cobbler which had my mouth watering was beyond disappointing. I was served a cup of too sweet peach cobbler filling and some peaches. That was not peach cobbler. Again, I've had better both fresh and frozen. This is a black owned small restaurant, so I want to support it and others. However, based on the above-mentioned, I am on the fence about returning but will give them a few months to pull everything together. I also forgot to mention the interior. This restaurant is really lovely and I believe due to COVID it was void of seating. However, I am sure once COVID restrictions lift, the dine-in experience will be amazing. read more

The food is bomb!!! Staff are welcoming, friendly and personable! My number one caterer!!!

The taste of this food is almost as if I cooked it myself. Very familiar. The only thing I can say is that it's a little salty but besides that they are really delicious and have a great selection. Please keep serving good food and remain consistent. read more

Fantastic food, with kind and helpful service. I love supporting family owned businesses and this one deserves all the attention. The collard greens were delicious, the Caribbean salmon portion was very generous, and the strawberry parfait was great! I love the addition of funnel cake. We will definitely become regulars. read more

Hello, I visited after hearing good things, even though the reviews were mixed. I ordered the jerk ribs with Mac& cheese, yams and a order of seafood egg rolls. The portion size was good, the Mac was kind of dry but the yams were good. The egg rolls were soggy in the middle with some kind of cream sauce and it was dripping all over the place. I'm not going to say I won't go back but it won't be anytime soon. read more

The food and customer service is AMAZING! Please support this black owned business!! I come here every week and everyone is so friendly.

Everything amazing except for the little bones in curry chicken. It wasn't that bad to me but it made it extremely hard for my daughter. Otherwise 5 stars!!! read more

We arrived excited to try something new with our family while celebrating a birthday. Only to receive fries and bread and beef patties an hour later. Most food was thrown out but was not mentioned because we wanted to support a small black business. Unfortunately, when we got out to the parking lot we were met by a screaming lady yelling at us. She then proceeded to have the rest of the staff come out yelling cussing and acting crazy threatening us because she didn't like the response she got. Once the police were called they quickly realized it was a false claim as we were not the aggressors. It's so unfortunate how black businesses are unable to succeed due to the lack of customer service and professionalism. I take pride in being able to share new businesses with others. Trust when this business goes down you will remember this comment right here. I have never experienced this! I'll take negril or dat jerk any day! Trust everyone will know what happened . Including all the kids your neighbors and those who I know ten thumbs down!! There's no police report !! Please show the video!! You haven't posted it because you'll see your staff coming outside yelling! Yup we'll be posting ! Not only that but you're doing a good job destroying your business yourself !!! Lol lol lol lol!!! lol funny ! Seems like you're already reaping!! read more

Customer service here sucks - the cashier that had to hit the keys with her knuckles because her nails are too long, is snappy and rude. While offering business to every race, employ should learn not to be rude and snappy. Kindness, politeness and good customer service skills are priceless. It definitely should be applied here. Manager should inform employees on the importance of utilizing such. read more

New to the area. Hate to post negative reviews, but this was just bad.....all I could think about was Restaurant Impossible and Bar Rescue please come here. Took over a half an hour to get food, so salty. We sat next to the bar, watched the "bartender" pour beers in a plastic cup so he could drink them. Seriously, have a better bar setup at home. Half the TVs were turned off, entertainment would have been nice with the long wait. Wanted the food to be great, it was uneven. Mac was great, collards were meh, cornbread amazing! Unfortunately food did not come close to lack of ambience and whatever that bar was supposed to be read more

The wait was entirely too long. The owner was arguing with her staff the entire visit. Customer service training is definitely needed here.
