So this place is not just for craft supplies it is a huge market with everything you can think of. We checked out the craft booth we wanted to visit and then we walked around the whole facility, which is basically the size of a warehouse. There were plenty of nooks and crannies to explore. Anything you're looking for; from original art to clothing to furniture is available. The staff was very friendly, asking us multiple times if we needed help finding anything. I had to ask her several times over the two months. She would say she would check on the issue then days later not hear anything and that just repeated itself. I asked for the manager, Jean, to call me over this 2 month period to help but never heard from her. The sum for this total purchase was over $10k. Marcia never called to ask how is your furniture, thanks for your purchase or anything when it was delivered. Keep in mind none of the furniture is returnable!!! The nightstands are very hard to open causing them to slide across the floor when you open them but we're stuck with them regardless!

I have been recovering from illness so this outing was meant to be a comforting return to a familiar place. I wanted to browse stretch my legs and enjoy myself. The store looked great and the cashier along with a very kind clerk helped me with my selections and explained a sale misunderstanding. They were professional and pleasant. The issue was the behavior of the floor staff. As I shopped I noticed employees repeatedly watching me. One young worker was extremely obvious. She peeked around corners followed my movements and stared at me in a way that felt more like surveillance than customer service. I have lived long enough to know the difference between normal store awareness and being singled out. When I reached the checkout she came and stood directly in front of me staring as if she was evaluating me. She interrupted the clerk helping me with a comment about her phone while never breaking eye contact. Then she and the others walked away. In that moment I felt violated. Not uncomfortable not mistaken but violated. Whoever trained these employees needs to take them back into training because this behavior was intrusive unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I completed my purchase but the experience ruined what should have been a peaceful outing. I will not be returning. Some places change and unfortunately this one has changed for the worse.

Called a repair person who tried to repair and said chairs are not repairable . I will have to replace 8 chairs that I paid over $4500 for. Not the quality or service I was promised. I would not purchase furniture from this store again.
