Simple 3 layer cake with buttercream frosting. SO YUMMY!

This cake and everything about it was so beautifully done. It was one of the things guests kept commenting on. The taste was out of this world. And she offers confetti cake. She had me there, honestly. Everyone thought it tasted amazing, and Karen executed my vision perfectly. She worked with our florist to "float" the top tier on a bed of baby's breath. It was incredible to see it in person. My one and only tiny issue, is there was no email option. I am out of state and I work a job that has me in the field nonstop in a loud city. There were times I just wanted to email her, rather than call, but the end product was out of this world yummy and gorgeous. I HIGHLY recommend Karen!

Karen Rodkey is amazing. AND this cake was the talk of the evening. She is the best!

This is our third cake from Karen. We had our first wedding cake in 2007. It was amazing taste n appearance. Next our daughters wedding in 2016. Another beautiful n tasty cake. Then just this past July 2017 Karen did the most amazing cake for my sons wedding. Not only was it exactly what we wanted but it was the moistest cake bursting with flavor. It was so amazing that everyone was talking about it and not much was left. I will continue to suggest her to all brides!!!

A work of art. Exceeded our expectations

:(Our cake was epic. We were very worried because the cake was included in our wedding package at the hotel. We felt a lot better when we met Karen and saw her cake models. We knew it would be good but were blown away when it was revealed. We both are dog people so we had a black and white poodle as the cake topper. She did a great job placing them. The cake was three flavors and was tasty. The only bad part was we had to cut it up and serve it :( A work of art.

How Karen could not have 5 stars blows my mind. She was literally the only one f my wedding vendors that did everything right, with the least amount of direction. I am so grateful to Karen for her talent and professionalism. Many of my wedding guests raved about the best wedding cake they had ever had and they weren't lying, her cakes are not only beautiful, they taste amazing.

Even when something wasn't to my taste, I'd come back and try something else--because that's what supporting small businesses looks like. I want local shops to thrive, not get swallowed up by big-box stores. That said, I was genuinely disappointed after seeing Jacquelyn's recent Facebook post. Everyone is entitled to personal opinions, but using a business platform to label people as "dangerous" and "unsafe" simply for having different views isn't community-building--it's divisive, and it's bad for business. Profiling customers and publicly signaling who is "acceptable" to walk through your door is not how you grow or sustain a welcoming business. As a result, I won't be spending my money here anymore, and I won't be recommending it to others. If the energy spent dividing the community were redirected into improving product quality--like making cakes that are actually moist and buttercream that doesn't resemble Play-Doh--it might do more good for the business than turning customers away. Supporting local businesses should feel inclusive, not conditional.

Goodies abound, cand there is a variety of caffeinated beverages as well as a number of tables. One in front seats 2 and is in a little nook, but was occupied. There are also tables in the rear of the store. Jacquelyn was working alone and was most affable and accommodating. We bought a bunch of things, including for later that day and the next. I'd highly recommend this for anyone with a sweet tooth, any coffee lover, and anyone fancying some gustatory delight!

'Twas a rainy Saturday in mid-May when, after shopping, some sweet treats seemed to be in order. The store is small and an approximately equal-sized kitchen is on the other side. The glass case had a nice assortment of delectable goodies. As expected, inside smelled delicious and the interior was inviting. I didnt catch the name of the nice lady behind the counter, although she was most pleasant, affable, and helpful. She did comment that although not the owner, shevenjoyscworking in such a tasty environment. I decided on a piece of strawberry cheesecake, and one each of peanut butter, sugar and oatmeal cookie. Ill definitely come back. Please check ot out!
