I recently had my 120,000 mile service. The final payment was very close to the quote I received. No surprises. It's great to know my car is in good condition. I was able to make an appointment for a convenient day for me as well as getting a ride home. read more

After taking in our Lexus for an annoying front end shimmying several times to the dealership over several years and several tire changes, the guys at Karco immediately figured it out and fixed it! With over 30 years service to our vehicles, there are no more accolades to be bestowed. What can be said is the level of service and customer service has never diminished in that time. KARCO is a premier service shop in every respect and priced fairly. We have a vehicle with 186,000 miles, and while a testimony to the brand, it has received excellent service and attention to help it reach this maturing age and be reliable and safe. I value KARCO as much as my physicians. read more

GREAT service job on my 2015 RAV4 with 183K miles. I'd neglected a few of the standard scheduled services and my car was feeling it! Runs great now and no more worries. They even washed it for me. Thanks guys! read more

My overall experience with this place was not the greatest. Only reason why i came because i was referred by another mechanic. I will start with the positive. 1. Love how they have a Drop-off/ Pick-up transportation service. Only 1 positive. The lack of customer service from manager Tery Beaver was disappointing. i dropped my vehicle off to get inspected due to having issues with the lights coming on. He informed me his technicians weren't able to identify the issues and to do a further inspection would be costly, which i declined due to the year of my car. Moving forward when i went to pick-up my vehicle he informed me " While they were wrapping up they triggered my Engine light to come on" (HIS WORDS NOT MINE) 1st he stated when i start driving the light should come off, Then turned around and said well maybe in a couple of days. When i proceeded to ask him questions he started to get upset and talking over me. Then i asked if he could write down the issue of the situation so i can have what happened in writing which he refused. Then proceeded to continue to talk over me and ask why i need it in writing etc etc. Please be careful when dealing with any mechanic especially the ones who only have GOOD REVIEWS and no negatives should've been a RED FLAG for me from the beg. Lesson learned. read more

I have a Lexus and a Toyota - both get serviced by the guys at Karco. They have been around for a long time. You won't find nicer people to do great work at a fair price. Simple operation - you bring them a car in need of repair, they will fix it and give you back a clean car in good working order. Amazingly simple formula -yet hard for many repair shops to do well. One other note about these guys - if you get a chance to see the service area of their shop check it out. it is neat and clean - almost sterile it is so clean in there. I swear you could eat off the floor. Says a lot without saying anything. Amazing. read more

I have been taking my car to Karco for 20 years since I started working in Orange. One of the very best things about the service there is that they took me to my job when I dropped my car off in the morning & picked me up after work! And I always had a clean car to drive home. Their service was one of the reasons I purchased another Lexus when it was time to get a new car. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for service. read more

Wow after two shops both misdiagnosed my Dads 06 Tacoma with a check engine light. Both shops said it was plugs and a coil that didn't fix it. These guys over the phone already knew the issue. So glad we did the repairs here they replaced my engine in days. The truck so far is running very smooth I highly recommend bringing your Toyota here. Terry has awesome customer service they are trustworthy people. Will be bringing my cars here from now on. read more

I have been a Karco client since 1986. When friends or colleagues need service I direct them to Karco. Jay and Dick have an outstanding group and very fairs prices. Back in 1986 I was referred to them, and I am so glad I was. Keep up the great work. read more

We have been taking our Hondas and Acuras to Karco for advice and service since 1993. They are reliable, honest and fair in their pricing. We've never had a problem with their service or repairs and we've chatted with many other customers who trust Karco as much as we do. We ventured away from Hondas in 2009 when we bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid...we love the car but we've had many problems with getting reliable service from various Ford dealers. When we trade it for the next car, it will be a Honda or Acura, period....and it will go to Karco for all its service and repairs. read more

"Ditto" as the saying goes. Can't add anything new/different than what has been said. Like many of life's needs, a good honest business is "golden" and is one less worry in life. Honesty, dependability, fairness, and integrity are all we look for and as simple common sense ingredients for a business, hard to find. When we do find a business that commits to these values, they almost become a part of the family. Like many here, I've been a returning client since the late 80s. Karco earned my trust years ago. They are "my" kind of people and enjoy every visit. read more

We have been going to Karco for many years now, and in the last few years the service has been horrible. My grandmother has taken her car there several times due to a check engine light coming on, and Karco has stated they fixed it, only to have the light come on very soon after the service. When she took it into them again recently, after paying another huge sum, the light came on the same day!!! They told my 90 year old grandma that they would have to take it to tier 2 which would be another $700. We were outraged that someone who had been taking their car there for well over 25 years would be treated this way. Well, we are done. I prefer some place that will be honest the first time. ******************************************************** Jay did call and make things right with my grandma. Thanks for doing what you did for her. read more

Once upon a time there was a girl with a 1993 MR2 who took her car to a Toyota dealership for service. The body style of this MR2 is similar to faux Ferrari and is stocked with wider rear tires. During a routine service, the service department at the Toyota dealership rotated the tires putting the wider tires on the front and the standard size tires on the rear. When asked "what was the mechanic thinking?" The response was "how does it drive?.... as if to say, if it drives ok then it's ok.... Needless to say this MR2 found its way to Dick at Karco and his team has been servicing the car for 22 years. With 225K+ miles later, it still runs like a charm. The car recently went thru an A/C conversion and it's driver is so very happy the car is cool again. So... the 1993 MR2 and Karco lives happily ever after... BTW-don't do very many reviews but this one has long been warranted. Please try Karco out -you won't be disappointed. Thank you Dick for servicing all of our Toyota's read more

Terrible attitude when you call as a new customer. I went elsewhere!!!! You should do the same.

Just went there this morning for a second opinion. I was at American Tire and they told me I needed to change ALL my struts which would have cost me $1300!!! I decided to check these guys out because another customer at American Tire told me about this place....doesn't hurt to get a second opinion right? So, turns out, my struts were perfectly fine. The noise that I originally complained about was a loose plastic shield under the engine. It only cost me $25 for the clips!!! They saved me $1300! Jay is the person who helped me out! I am certainly going to these guys from now on. I have a Toyota Celica...and they specialize in Toyotas! Also, I went to their garage so that they can show me what was wrong. I have to say, they have the cleanest garage I've ever seen. It speaks a lot about their quality I think! Thank you Karco! You really made my day!!! read more
