She brought me to the room which is standard for all the WTC rooms and told me I could get ready and she'd come back. When I told her it was my first time she went over everything with me and gave me a towelette to cleanse with. They leave as you cleanse and undress and enter when you're ready. They provide a paper cloth to cover yourself which was nice and Jessika explained the whole appointment to me. She was so friendly and we had a great chat which really helped ease my mind and keep me preoccupied. She explained any new step she was doing and was incredibly thorough and told me when she was stopping and why and also explained the after care to me and recommended products for me to purchase. I felt so comfortable and that's all I could ask for! She talked a great deal about her own waxing experience and how she wanted to make sure her clients were comfortable and that the experience is as easy going as possible, and it really was. She definitely knows what she's doing and I couldn't ask for a better cereologist for the first time! She's been here for a year and is also opening up her lamination services too and she told me all about how excited she is to do brows. She truly is so sweet and I already booked my next appointment back. They also had a receptionist which the Doylestown location does not have which made booking easy and checking out. When I tried to book, I simply received a "sorry, not available." Unfortunately, I cannot leave my job in the middle of the day to get my lashes done. As a long-time client of Melissa, it felt like there was little consideration for my time or loyalty from either Rebecca Ryan Studios or Melissa herself. If my preferred appointment time was no longer going to be offered, a simple heads-up would have been appreciated. This experience felt like poor customer service and was disappointing after being a consistent client.
