I've gone to waxing the city twice since October, when they had a special for their brow/lash tint and lift. It's a service I have been wanting to try for a while and was always hesitant too but when they offered the deal I figured it was the best time to go! My esthetician was Shayla who is so sweet, enthusiastic, and a master at what she does! The first time I went she really went over every single step and made sure I was comfortable and asked lots of questions so that she could perform the service to match my end goals. The second time around we had a greater understanding after already working together and she continued to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the end result ! I will say that the first time I went I do believe the tint lasted longer but the lamination of my brows and my lash lift are both still going strong. Both services definitely helped boost my confidence and I love that I feel more put together makeup free than. Overall the studio is very warm, I like that they have an electronic lock you need a code for to get inside. They sell a variety of products that they even stock their bathroom with. There are a few rooms which all look pretty standard with a bed and the. A table for their supplies. I'm excited for my next appointment and I think that I'll be trying waxing next ! read more

Not worth the money! I spent 40$ plus a 10$ tip for about a 3 minute service for eyebrows and upper lip. I looked almost exactly the same as when I went in to have the hair removed! Probably won't go back. read more

I had a Brazilian with Kate about a week ago. She is so awesome!!! She made me feel super comfortable and made the wax as pain free as possible. Getting a brazillian can be kind of nerve wracking, but kate completely put me at ease. She did a fantastic job. I also really appreciated the care and time she took sanitizing the room and abiding by the new COVID guidelines. I will definitely be back to see Kate! Brow wax took about 5 minutes maybe and I had to clean up what she missed when I got home. Poor technical skills. She kept talking nervously the entire time. That was my first and last time visiting this salon. read more

I went during their training and was instantly impressed as soon as I walked in the door. The friendliness, cleanliness, and professionalism were all top notch. I was able to meet the owner while I was there as well. Super nice! I was scheduled to be waxed by Mary and Jocelyn. Both were great and thorough. I will most definitely get waxed by them again. Checking out was a breeze too. They were great about letting me know about the packages they have. I was really happy that they aren't like competitive wax centers where they make you join for a year. This place charges you monthly and you can cancel at anytime! Pretty much you're just paying for your next service in advance. They also let you Rack them up Incase you don't get waxed that month, so you can use your unused service on other services as well! What a different experience then the other wax places. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something or felt rushed. They are now my new go to! read more

Jocelyn is literally the best. My first wax with her she made me feel super comfortable and I ended up loving the experience so much I went forward with a membership. The employees are accommodating and professional and I've never had a bad experience here. The wax they use is also a special wax made for their store only and it makes everything hurt a LOT less. Got waxed here for the first time, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The moment I walked in the door, I felt very comfortable with the girl at the front counter. There's an amazing selection of products that lines the walls when you walk in, giving you something to parooze while you wait to get waxed. The whole place is very clean from top to bottom, which made me feel very at ease about getting waxed there. Nichole and Danniell, the girls who wax me were both very easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable despite getting my hairs ripped out. The place is just very friendly and feels sanitary! This is THE BEST place to get waxed! Everyone was super friendly as soon as I walked in the door! The lobby was clean and modernly designed with plenty of space. Mary was my waxed and she was super friendly as she waxed my face, she explained all the steps she was taking to make sure I understood what was going on, even asked me if the temperature of the wax was okay! I also got my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted which I never did before and as before Mary explained all of the steps and even that I may feel a tingly sensation on my eye lids. When completed I was given a mirror and oh my gosh I looked wonderful! The waxing suite was clean and spacious as well!! Loved going here can't wait to go back for more services! But they have a variety of products not just there own, I love that they understand one product doesn't not work for all. Great overall experience! The place was well kept, very clean and the people working there were very professional. I got the Brazilian, modified done. This was my first time waxing and I was very nervous. My cerologist Danniell was very professional and explained me the process clearly and made me very comfortable.
