First of all they were extremely accommodating about our last minute requests for appointments. Their salon and staff have personality! So much fun and terrific energy. Amber and Alex were amazing. Amber was so patient and did outstanding work with my high maintenance make up requests/preferences. She was happy to change things I didn't like and continued until I felt confident. Alex did terrific work with our hair and the entire process was painless and within the time we had requested to be completed by. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area! Thank you Amber & Alex!!

The person who they recommended never took the time to look at my hair dry. No consultation. Bad bad sign. I asked for a peiced out curtain fringe. Ended up with an old fashioned fringe as thick as a painters brush. I left with a wet head because it was clear she was in a hurry and frankly it's probably best she didn't attempt any advanced techniques because it could have been a disaster. I'll make an appointment at ulta soon and I'm requesting a master cutter. Most photos online of hairstyles are done by master cutters. It's the details that make your hair look great!

She asked if I wanted some breaks in between which I can always appreciate. It's a shame that you can't really tell where the location is, it's part of a tanning salon but I've been to European Wax Centers and fancy spas and the wax here is just as good as there. This will be my go to brazilian wax place for awhile!

Love my color! Talented stylist!…read more I hadn't cut my hair in over a year so it was more than halfway down my back, and I haven't had highlights in 8 or 9 years and was desperately missing color. A coworker recommended this place based on Tik Tok and I checked out reviews before booking. I was there for about 4 hours including maybe 5-10 minutes waiting to get started and the wait to sit with the color before washing. There is parking in front and on the side of the building. When you enter, there are a couple of chairs, coat rack, and snacks while you wait. There are 5 or 6 salon chairs plus 2 for washing and I think there was something else in the back. Oh and the bathroom is nice too. The staff are friendly and everyone walked out of there with great hair. I was a little nervous at first because my stylist looks so young and I thought he might not be as experienced, but Dan is one of the top 2 stylists who have worked on my hair across 4 states. We talked through what I wanted with length, style, and color throughout the process. He did a rough cut dry first, worked on partial balyage caramel color, and then finished cut to frame my face. He and a woman washed my hair. Both were very gentle, which I appreciate. In the end, the length is just right, the color is gorgeous and even spread, and he curled my tips for a very pretty look. My only complaint is I didn't have anywhere to go afterwards to show off my hair, so I had to text everyone a picture :-) KUDOS TO DAN!!

I can honestly say that this was not HALF as painful as my other experiences, and I actually went back shortly after! I was told to come back in four weeks so they can then remove all the hair.. if you couldn't do a professional and thorough job the first time why would I return? When you get your eyebrows done, do they take all the hair off or do they semi remove some hair and say "come back later and we'll do the other brow" This place is a complete scam and an actual joke. I called to make an appointment and immediately told the receptionist that I am VERY picky and would not be happy with a new/inexperienced or bad tech (I thought this would save us both the headache of dealing with any problems)- she said no problem and scheduled me for pedicure and full set. I got the pedicure first, I could immediately tell she was all of the above and then some. Salon owners: do not treat paying customers as student models! She used the electric dead skin remover as hammer on my heels. She wanted to use electric filer on my natural toe nails - for what?! I don't do gel on my toes, there is just no reason for that! I had to ask her to please remove all of the previous red color off my nails before beginning the new lighter pink color. When she started slapping on the base coat I knew I was in trouble - polish everywhere. Then she got out the acetone and brush in anticipation for the poor quality polish that was about to happen - yup, slapped the color on too. Cleaning up excess polish with acetone should not be the norm for a professional nail tech. It was still all over my cuticles when I left. There was no way I was sticking around for my nails to be done too.
