Dr. Zelinger is a miracle worker! I just turned 50 and the bags under my eyes were horrible. I…read morelooked like I hadn't slept in a year or was an old man. His procedure to fix it is so good that afterwards, people would say things like "you look like you lost weight" which meant that they couldn't tell I had a procedure done. Basically, they were saying "you look great". Other comments were "you look really healthy, have you been working out a lot". And only 1 close friend who also had similar bags under his eyes figured it out. I gave him Dr Zelinger's number and he made an appointment right away. Fixing the bags under my eyes was the best thing about turning 50! The other great news is that it was fairly inexpensive. All of that would be enough to convince me but he is also a Doctor who puts you at ease with his great bedside manner. For me, getting work done on my face was scary. I had visions of winding up like Mickey Rourke. The fear goes away almost instantly when you start talking to Dr Zelinger. I felt like he really empathized with my fears and he really makes it a great experience. On top of all that, he does mind blowing work. I still can't believe how good I look! Thank you thank you thank you. I could go on for pages about how good I look and how much more confident I feel. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a consultation.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Lauryn!…read more I had a laser treatment done to remove sun damage, and from the very first appointment she made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. Lauryn took so much time to thoroughly explain everything -- what the procedure would feel like, what my skin would look like afterward, how it would heal, and exactly what I needed to do for aftercare. There were no surprises at any point because she prepared me for every step from start to finish. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care truly set her apart. She answered every question I had and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she really loves what she does and wants the best results for her clients. My skin already looks brighter and healthier, and I'm so happy I trusted her. The aftercare instructions and product recommendations were incredibly helpful and easy to follow. Lauryn went above and beyond in every way. If I could give her 100 stars, I absolutely would. I highly, highly recommend her and Metro Laser to anyone considering laser treatment -- you will be in the best hands!

This time, I felt that the session was rushed compared to my first experience. After about 8 hours my face and chest especially my face was too dark not natural looking at all, one area on my shoulder was lighter. I could not tell that I had any color compared to the rest of my body, my upper legs was a perfect color, my knees were dark, the color settled there I had to scrub my knees the next day, and the back area of my calf's had good even color, and front inner calf area was no color so my experience was awful, I will probably not do this again, I am sure this establishment is good overall but my experience was so poor!!!!

I booked an intro laser facial session over two weeks ago and received multiple confirmations (which I responded to) plus a text to look out for a call from a nurse practitioner to clear me for the service. I had already filled out multiple forms with my medical history. I never received a call. On the day of (today), I received a text that the nurse practitioner couldn't call me and the appointment was cancelled. Just yesterday I had received another confirmation text. I called their customer service line this morning (you can't reach the actual location via phone btw) and they said the nurse practitioner was actually available and could make an exception to call me before the original appointment (which was in a couple of hours). Truthfully, this was a huge red flag to me and came across very unprofessional and disorganized. I decided it was not worth the continued trouble and won't be trying out their service. Looking at other reviews, this seems like a widespread issue with SEV. There's a reason they advertise the free intro sessions--too good to be true. What a disrespectful way to handle potential clients.
