I got the cozy, relaxing vibes as soon as I walked in the door and then I discovered all they have to offer.. facials, massages, red light therapy, sauna, salt room and a heavenly lounge area. I have been here many times now and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I planned a spa day for my sister's bday gathering and it was perfect. We were offered the serenity suite, a private room for our group to relax in between services. The staff was kind and accommodating and made us feel so welcome. Had a gift certificate for the red light therapy and salt room. The sound of the fan on the red light therapy was like a jet plane hovering. The pumped in - whatever it is - in the salt room was this screeching noise that was completely unsettling. The staff and even the patrons did not have a warm feeling. I booked serenity after a friend recommendation but will return to Eden organic spa were she spent last years birthday. She received a better experience at nearly half the price. Really good massage by Stef. Unfortunately, the front desk and appointment scheduling is the most horrible I have ever experienced in my life. They are rude and beyond obnoxious especially Kim. I already forgot my great massage. There was absolutely no point in having this massage if you need to deal with Kim afterwards. So at the end no need to come here. Went there last Friday with a close friend. Made our appointments about a month ago...maybe longer. We also decided on 2 treatments with lunch in between. I had the Lomi Lomi massage and that was fantastic. We had a great warm chicken wrap in the table area. Was very good. Then went for our next treatment. I had a Hungarian all natural facial. Also terrific. Both the masseuse people were really sooo good. Seemed to really be knowledgeable and really 'into' what they were doing for you. The afternoon was the best treat ever! Best Massage I ever had. They used hot rocks in the middle of my massage which felt like heaven on earth. I think I must have fallen asleep halfway through. I was so relaxed after my hour massage I could hardly get myself off the table. They used a wonderful vanilla smelling oil which just sent my senses into relax mode. I had my first visit to this spa recently for a facial. The woman doing it could not have been nicer, the products smelled fantastic, and the atmosphere was great. When I booked with the receptionist she went through all of my treatment options, and it was additional $$ beyond the standard facial for extractions, which I desperately needed. Added a chemical peel, so the price is rising. At the end of the day, the service was almost $200. The esthetician told me I really didn't need extractions when I asked; I think she might not have done them had I not asked, since she did them after the peel, (never had in that order before, and I have 4-5 peels a year). So my issue with Serenity is that when I got home, I had to spend about 20 minutes doing extractions around my lip and nose area. At the end of the day I think I paid for the atmosphere and not the service, which is disappointing. read more

I've received a Hungarian facial from Kelly which was hands down the best facial of my LIFE. I have no blackheads now, and never thought this would ever become a new expectation of mine! They now have a new system, new management?, and new rules regarding charges that were imposed on me without concern. I am not looking for drama or harsh management in a salon. Sooo.... I must admit I'm extremely disappointed. I could have gone to any chain salon for a much better quality pedicure. I was told to arrive early, so I did. I waited alone in a basement for like 20 minutes just to sign my name on a waiver form? Kinda weird. No hot tea, no coffee bar, no champagne, nothing... then sat in a pedicure chair that didn't have a massage feature built in. Just a hot neck wrap. The pedicure staff member gave me a very brief leg massage. I figured for the outrageous price of this pedicure it would at least include a longer massage or some kind of added bonus. But no... I paid nearly double the average price for a pedicure I could've gotten at the mall. MAJOR bummer!! Hopefully their other services are better for the price people are paying. read more

Extremely nice manicurist, terrible quality. My gel stayed on for 6 days before starting to peel. From the beginning it wasn't even covering all of my nail and did not go down low enough to above my cuticle. I am very generous to my nails and am not rough on them at work and they should have lasted much longer. I called back and was simply told that everyone takes to gel differently and there is no 7-day guarantee. I could have gotten a regular manicure for half the price that would have lasted the same amount of time. I won't be going back here for a manicure. I also was told I had to take my shoes off before entering and leave them in the mudroom. With snow boots on that was an inconvenience. read more

The entire experience was almost like someone was playing a joke on us. Was the first time I was praying for a massage to end and not stop.
