I have been coming to R&R nail shop since I was 15 (now 24). I have even moved out of the area and…read morestill take the extra time to travel here to get my nails done. It is a small salon but it is very well maintained, relaxing, and clean! They do not do acrylic nails but they do offer an array of different brand nail polishes. I get a gel manicure every time ($30), and I just found out they also do dip powder. You get a hot towel massage with your manicure and a hot stone back massage, heated neck warmer (these two things are not offered right now due to COVID). There are about 5-6 different pedicure options which vary in price depending on how much you want to pamper yourself that day. I typically get the green tea ($40) as I like getting the hot wax wrapped around my heels to make them smooth. The scrubs for the green tea smell amazing, and the hot stone massage is heaven. When your nails are drying they even massage your back with a hot stone (they are currently not doing this however due to COVID restrictions). They have a member card and after 10 visits you get money off your next visit. There is a private waxing room and I used to get my eyebrows done there. They do a fantastic job and also throw in a little temple massage sometimes. I stopped getting my eyebrows done there as I go where I get my eyebrow lamination done now for convenience. During the holidays they give their clients super nice hand creams and foot sock masks/hand masks. How nice is that?! I have gone back twice during COVID and I feel extremely safe. As soon as you walk in they take your temperature and have you sign a form after you have read their COVID policy. There is also hand sanitizer at the door and face masks/shields for sale. I got a face shield for $5....it's the same ones they wear in the salon! There are plastic guards up between you and the manicurist/pedicurist. Make an appointment however especially during these crazy times. I typically call the day I want to come in and they've accommodated me. Lastly, tip in cash as it is easier for the employees to get their tip and helps them with credit card fees. There is a $20 minimum credit card usage as well. The following pics are what my nails look like after a week and a half (my gel usually lasts 2-3 weeks before the "outgrown-nes" is too noticeable)

You get quality professional work, vast range of products, with a comfortable atmosphere while still being very affordable. Some of the things that make td stand out are: All technicians are well trained and highly skilled. Staff takes their time and you will never be rushed, it's clear they prioritize quality work and happy clients. The owner katrina has the greatest selection of products I have ever seen. Every nail design you see on Pinterest and instagram is achievable. The owner keeps up with latest nail trends, learns new products and designs and teaches her staff. I have brought my sister, mom, and friends here. It always turns out being a fun girls day. Salon will coordinate so you can sit with your guest. My nails hold up with no chips, lifting, or breaking for 3-4+ weeks! As a healthcare worker this is hard to achieve and a sign of the great work they do. It is clear the owners really prioritize happy clients, quality work, and professionalism, and ensures all staff help her meet this criteria. *p.s. it does NOT smell like the classic monomer nail shop smell!! I've had my nails done by almost every nail tech and haven't had a complaint about any of them. Each nail tech takes the time to make sure you walk out satisfied and happy with your services. For me, I'm a nail biter and have small nail beds to begin with but I love my acrylics. In my experience, acrylics tend to last me right around a week before they fall off. But whatever magic Joy uses makes my acrylics last 2 weeks. Bottom line, their prices are great, their customer service is great (each visit comes with a complimentary 2 or 3 massage) and their selection of polishes is unbeatable. Highly recommend!
