Great manicure and pedicure. Best I ever had in other area nail salons. Clean and friendly.

Very beautiful and peaceful inside. Would go again but it would be very expensive if I had not…read morebought a groupon. My pedicure was just "okay". Update: it's 4 days later and 2 of my nails are chipping. I am in college and am usually just typing or writing nothing major with my hands not even a lot of dishes which would completely justify the chipping. Sad if chipped so soon cause the French job wasn't too bad! (Especially with my short-ish nails)

When I sat down, the pedicure chair wouldn't recline. Once we realized it wasn't working, Wendy, the nail tech, didn't suggest moving to another chair. I had to ask, and she seemed annoyed that I wanted to move to a chair that actually worked. I also asked her to turn on the spa bubbles in the water so I could at least enjoy that part of the experience. I had to ask three times before she finally turned them on--and even then, she let the bubbles run for only about a minute before turning them off. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. Wendy nipped me several times during the pedicure, and each time I reacted in pain, she seemed surprised. Communication was also very limited throughout the service--although she had no trouble communicating when it came time to ask about a tip. Then came the price: $63 for a gel pedicure. I was genuinely shocked. For that price, I expected a significantly better experience and result. The most disappointing part? The month-old pedicure I walked in with looked better than the pedicure I walked out with. Overall, this was the quickest, most uncomfortable, and most overpriced pedicure I've ever experienced. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be returning.
