I have been going to this salon for years and have spent thousands of dollars between manicures, pedicures, waxings, and the like for both me and my daughter. I have recommended Bee Nails to many of my family and friends as well. The owner Irene is there every time I am there no matter what day it is. She is always very sweet and so accommodating. I love the women there as well. I know them because I am always there. I had ONE problem in many years with a gel manicure and they fixed it and redid my nails at no expense to me. They had changed their product and it wasn't working. While it was a pain sitting there again for over an hour, at least they did the right thing in not making me pay for their mistake. 2 weeks ago, I was talked into getting the powder/dip manicure - which is more money "because it lasts longer". I typically get a gel manicure. I was told by Bee Nails and by so many of my friends and relatives that it definitely lasts at least 3 -4 weeks and I should try it. I decided to try it. Needless to say, my nails began chipping (which should never happen with powder/dip) and were rough and cracked from the start. My nails were not prepped properly and my cuticles weren't even trimmed. I should have gone back immediately. I got busy and ended up waiting 2 weeks when I noticed that my nails were now lifting and almost all of them were cracked and chipped. I couldn't take it any longer so I went in to have them fix the problem. When I walked in the other owner, Joy looked at my nails. I had never seen or met the other owner, Joy until today. She was so rude and not helpful at all. She told me that it was "normal" and that powder/dip only lasts two weeks. That is not what anyone else says about powder/dip - including Bee Nails employees. I even googled it to see how long they should last and everyone says at least 3-4 weeks. If they only last 2 weeks then why would anyone get this service for more money than a gel manicure? My gel manicures last 2-3 weeks when done correctly. I sat down to have my nails done again (not happy to have to take this time out of my day when I shouldn't have had to do this again for at least another week or two or more) and this time they were done very differently. My nail bed was prepped, my cuticles were trimmed, and the entire service was very different than the first time. I told Joy that this was not the experience I had the first time 2 weeks ago. She just nodded her head. At the end of my service, Joy had the audacity to charge me full price for the service less a whooping $3.00 - wow big deal. I told her that I was not happy with only a $3.00 discount and that my service today was vastly different than the one I had 2 weeks ago. She didn't care at all. She kept repeating herself that they only last 2 weeks. That is BS. She knew I was mad as did Irene but I feel like Irene had no say against Joy's word. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received today from the owner, Joy. She should continue to stay away and not come into the salon. This is not the way you should treat your long-time customers when a problem arises. I am very offended and feel as though Joy has zero interest in keeping her customers happy, unlike Irene. Not a way for a small business to be treating people during tough economic times especially. I now need to look for another nail salon with better service and customer service in the area. What a shame. It makes me sad to write this review as I really do like Irene and the other women. Maybe if more people didn't go there, they would learn their lesson. Maybe they have enough business and don't need any more. I don't know I am just so disappointed that I had to take the time to write this review. read more

I've been going to Bee Nail & Spa because it is clean. Some of the ladies are nice, friendly and professional and some are not. I went in last week to have powder removed and the lady files my nails so hard I thought my cuticles would bleed. Going to the nail salon should be a calming experience not torture. I think they forget there are serving people who would like to keep their natural nails healthy. I no longer recommend this salon because you never know if you are going to get someone to do your nails that care about customer service instead of rushing through your service just to service as many customers as possible. The owner and another lady is good if you get them but the other ladies really don't care about customer service. I am truly disappointed. read more

Irene, Joy and their team are absolutely are spectacular! I have been going to this salon for the past year in half and would never consider going any where else! They take appointments or will easily accommodate you as a walk-in. The salon is always clean and their light massages are wonderful. During the winter they will have homeopathic heating pillows to put around your shoulders that will ease the winter stress plus give goodies away at Christmas time. Last but not least they have a rewards program that will lead you to a free mani or pedi! I think it's important to mention that there are terrible reviews however these took place before Irene and Joy took over as new management. read more

Do not go for underarm waxing. Their room was not sanitary and they ripped my skin from my underarn. Pretty sure she double dipped. She then just left the sticks there at the end so who knows if she changes them before the next client. I would give 0 stars if I could. It hurt when she waxed me and I let out a small shriek of pain she just laughed a little so I thought I was overreacting. At the end it was very red but I assumed it would just go away. That was Friday, it is Sunday now. I couldn't sleep well the past few days from the pain, despite using aloe. I started using antibiotic ointment and it seems like it is finally healing. Attached are pictures of underarm from today, the reddened areas are raised now maybe it is the start of a scab, but I hope that is not how it will heal. This place should stop offering waxes if they do not know how to do it without scarring the client. read more

Eh. Place looks nice and clean which is huge for me but just another Asian nail salon where you are greeted by being told to sign in, pick your polish, head back (as if I know where I'm going if it's my first time there). It's like an assembly line in these places and they are no different here. Also, I'm sure most people like to get all roughed up while your nails are drying. I, however, do not like it. I wish they would ask first if you would like a complimentary massage before they just barge themselves upon your body. It hurts and they aren't professional masseuses so they can really do some irreparable damage. I don't dig it and when I know they do these massages, I avoid the place for that reason alone. I love bee nails! Some of the nail techs are nicer than others and take more time- but overall the prices are great and I always leave sporting fresh and beautiful nails! Highly recommend going during the week when they have less clients and are much more slow and relaxed. read more

My favorite local nail salon. Love the walk-in availability. Quiet, relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. You can talk to your technician or just close your eyes and chill out. The pedicures can't be beat, with the leg massage, etc.. Also love the paraffin hand treatment. Have always been happy with their services when leaving. Have never found the staff rude, they have always been friendly and helpful to me. I find their prices right on par with other salons. They have discounts I think in the beginning of the week.
