After three days, my full set of nail extensions with dip powder popped off. I called the next day and was told the owner would call me back later. Two days passed, the owner did not call me back so I called again and I was told I needed to come in to show them my nails. My nails were perfectly healthy because the dip nails with extensions just popped off: dip, glue, and extension. She kept asking me what I did wrong. I did nothing to make the nails pop off like store bought press on nails. I showed her a picture of the nails that popped off. She offered to re-do the service, but I did not want another awful manicure. I wanted at least a partial refund. She would not provide one for me. She actually told me I owed her money because she charges $50 an hour and she only charged me $80 for the 2-hour service (it was about 80 minutes). This was an awful experience, the worst I have ever had at a nail salon.

The whole tip of my nail was never painted. Didn't notice until I got home.

Very slow and nails cracked I. Two days. Also, talks too much. And who charges to take off previous dip?

The therapists did not ask us about our needs before the massage and when asked to change the pressure seemed confused or annoyed and then discussed it with the other therapist in their native language. I understand language barriers may exist, however it is frustrating when you cannot communicate with someone when they are physically hurting you. The therapist seemed either untrained or uninterested. The pressure was far too heavy and when asked to do less she did more. Half the time she was massage my bones, not my muscle. My therapist only checked in once about my comfort or needs while my boyfriends checked in every step of the way. It felt more like someone randomly pushing on my body than a focused, therapeutic massage. I've had many professional massages in the past and this was not even close to one. I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. It is almost 24 hours later and I am currently in agony needing a heating pad for my back that is how much pain I am in from that massage. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt disappointed and frustrated, especially given the price and considering how many other great reviews this place got. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I used to be plagued with migraines on a weekly basis. I was prescribed 400mg of ibuprofen just to battle these monsters but even with the horse pill, I was done for when the monster came knocking. I would have to sleep it off because everything I tried never seemed to help. Drinking large amounts of water (I highly suggest Plant Nanny app if you have problems with remembering drinking water), caffeine intake, tried massages, heat pads, the works! Nothing seemed to calm the beast. It's been years and I kind of just gave up. I also work in an office so I would get this horrible knots behind my shoulder blades. I was just a mess. My boyfriend kept nagging me to try a chiropractor but after reading how chiropractors was a waste of money, I kept putting it off. I found a Groupon for Dr. Jeremy and since I worked in KOP at the time, I thought why not, it couldn't hurt. It had to save money compared to me getting massages every week. Lemme tell you how he changed my life. The rolling beds are AMAZING. I looked forward to my visits for the rolling beds alone. The receptionist is always a sweet heart, I never got her name after 14 visits but she remembered me. Doctor Jeremy listened to my concerns and explained how it worked. After 2 visits, my migraines were gone, my knots were gone, I was a new woman. Compared to getting massages every week, I was saving money seeing Doctor Jeremy. After every visit, I would stand a little taller, I would be more conscious of sitting correctly in my office chair, I felt a ton better. I even grew a full inch! My drivers licence now isn't lying.

This was an emergency situation completely outside of my control. Despite explaining the circumstances, the business declined to waive their $45 rescheduling fee because it was within their 24-hour policy window. While I understand policies are important, I was disappointed there was no flexibility offered -- especially for a first-time client. Customer service and reasonable discretion matter, particularly when trying to build new relationships. Based on this experience, I won't be rebooking.

First of all, she did NOT treat me like a Groupon customer. I even had a coupon for my Groupon so I think I paid $35 for the massage. She didn't make a lot of money on that purchase, but I got the full treatment. Tisha inquired about the pressure and listened to me when I told her she could "dig in more". Too often I find that therapists have a light touch- at least for my taste. Then I feel like I'm criticizing them when it still isn't where I want it to be. I was so happy after my first visit that I ended up purchasing a massage package. When that ran out, I purchased another one. Before each session we talk about any problem areas that I have. Tisha also makes suggestions on what she thinks I need work on and I absolutely open to that. I enjoy this "me time" and it is absolutely worth it. Tisha is a true professional and I highly recommend her.

I definitely recommend getting there ten minutes early if it's your first visit (they do tell you that in advance)--there is a form to fill out that takes a few minutes, and undressing and settling onto to table takes another few. I only arrived 5 minutes early, and she VERY kindly gave me a full sixty minutes, which was 5 minutes over my appointment end time--I've been told many massage therapists would strictly keep you to your end time, because they have a tight schedule. I know she was booked full that day so I really appreciated it! The table is heated, which I didn't expect, but thought it was a wonderful detail. Tisha was amazing, I felt very at ease and relaxed the whole time. I had always thought that getting a massage would be most noticeable in my back--but what was incredible was how great my arms, hands, and feet felt afterwards! I had no idea how tense and stiff they were, and I'm still feeling it more than a day later--my hands feel so light! I would definitely like to go back, and have already recommended to my family--if you buy the massage packs, you can split them between multiple people, so we may buy a pack together!
