I've been a client of Parlour 33 for 7+ years now. My stylist is Kathleen and I can not say enough good things about her. She is so sweet and is so conscientious about her work. She listens to your concerns and does everything possible to cut and style your hair to your preference. She is an expert in placing extensions in and blending them seamlessly with your hair. My first time at this salon. Everyone was so nice from when I first walked in. Alyssa did my makeup and I was so happy with how it came out. She was so nice and understood the vibe I was going for with minimal direction. I did not have an appointment for hair but I asked if there was anyone who might be available for curls and linda was nice enough to accommodate me. She did beautiful soft curls. Fellow Yelpers, OMG is this the most welcoming, fun, energetic, knowledgeable and skilled salon and staff I've ever met! I have moved all over the mid-Atlantic and New England area (and lived in two major cities) and this has to be one of my top three salons ever! If the salon wasn't 8 hours from home I'd be a regular. I booked hair and makeup for a wedding. It was super last minute because I totally forgot and they were very accommodating during the booking process. They also were very kind to follow-up with me two separate times because I had so many questions. The day of my appointment: The salon is beautiful and clean. I started with make-up with Alyssa. She is amazing! I gave her some inspiration pictures and she was able engineer the coolest look! I had compliments all night and my gorgeous lashes lasted all day and night. She was also really informed on makeup and was able to answer some of my makeup questions throughout the whole process. I believe Amanda was who did my hair. I had a few inspiration pictures for this as well but recently chopped 14 inches off so she helped me reel back what was realistic. She was able to create a new and different style with super cool braids and even spent the time to make sure the whole style was secure (it was a very windy day). I'm so grateful for everyone's hard work and how cool and unique they made my look! read more

I've been going to the Parlour for a few years now and I drive an hour to get there. I know there are places that I could go that are closer but there is no way another salon could match the quality of the consultant or the fun I have when I am there. Ann Panno is the best at doing eyelash extensions, and when she wasn't available I was equally happy with Alyssa. All of the stylists are excellent, and when Kathleen took her maternity leave I knew that the rest of them would (and did) take excellent care of me. If there were more than 5 stars, I'd be giving them to the Parlour! read more

I having been coming here for over a year now. I moved back to the Lehigh Valley area and I needed to find a lash place for myself because I have been getting my lashes done at Blushbaby in Atlanta for 2 years before and get them done every 2 weeks. I started with Ann and then Alyssa took over my lashes. I can not say enough great things about these women. My lashes are always on point, they look natural and I wake up happy knowing I do not have to do much except brush them after washing my face. Fell upon Parlor 33 bc I had a major lash crisis. I called the shop and luckily Ann was able to fit me in. She was amazing beyond words. She only had about 45 mins to refill my lashes for me but she TOTALLY fix another salon's work. I had such a bad experience from the previous salon but Ann eluded professionalism and EXPERIENCE during and immediately after she finished my lashes. Her work speaks for itself and let me tell you; you gets your money's worth. She even texted me during my trip and offered to spend more time on my lashes when I return from my trip free of charge!!! If that's not GREAT customer service I don't know what else to say. I can see how she's maintained and will flourish into a prosperous business. Where to begin? Parlour 33 is just the best! Ann is professional and a master at her art of eyelash extensions. I have been getting my eyelashes done for a few years now and I love, love, love them. I joke with her often that I am an "eyelash junky" and feel naked without them. Jayna is equally professional and top-notch at doing hair. I got hair extensions back in the summer and loved them. The color match was perfect. I looked like an actual mermaid when she was finished. These girls have really made me feel so comfortable with all of my beauty decisions. So I had a not so great experience. Long story short, I didn't get what I asked for. When I talked to the owner, she said she'd work with me to try and fix my hair. Instead of trying to work with my schedule, I had to work with when they were available. Our schedules didn't match up so I would be walking around with murky water hair for Atleast a week. They said they'd get a consultation to get my hair fixed by corporate but who knows how long that would be before my hair was fixed. I had been walking around with hair I hated, made me feel terrible and extremely depressed for three weeks. I did NOT want to wait. I didn't understand why i needed to. When I was In contact with one of the owners via text, she told me to google going from black to blonde and it's nearly impossible (literally Kim kardashian did it in one sitting but it's fine). I knew what kind of process it would be. I'm not dumb. I've been doing my hair since i was 14. I know the process. I asked for a refund and instead of answering, I was ignored. I waited like 10 hours for them to respond, but i got none. So there's that. Also, they make you sign a waiver before you get your hair done at this salon... so. Yeah. read more

I had eyelash lifting/extension consult with Ann and Alyssa on 6/30/18. Ann was great at communicating via text (which I loved!) to answer my questions and schedule my appointment. Alyssa went over everything I needed to know to make a decision. She was very thorough and patient. I ended up getting the lifting procedure because my lashes are long and straight, but grow downward. While it worked, it did not give me the dramatic effect that I was hoping for. I still used my curler this morning before applying mascara (less curling time though). However,I can see how this would be a great procedure for those whose lashes are somewhat curled up already! Less maintenance than the extensions for sure. On a side note, the receptionist had the extensions, they looked so natural and amazing! read more
