I believe because Mulan head spa actually use Chinese herbal tea to soak your hair and scalp. I end up falling asleep in and out during my head spa. I'm not sure if it's the Chinese herbal tea or their hair product they use, but after that head spa, my hair feels silky smooth for days! And way less hair knots I get.
