Ciera gets the service done fast and leaves no trace behind. I really appreciate that from a wax center. Apparently her armpit hair was not long enough to be waxed, and my sister was very upset. Not only was her waxing specialist very rude, with no customer service, not even a hello, But in her confirmation email, there was no instruction on how long the hair needed to be in order to be waxed. Her specialist didn't make her feel welcomed at all. I end up waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen (and was only seen because I asked for anyone available). I ended up asking the receptionist if I could go to anybody else if somebody was available, especially since it sounded like I was not going to be seen for a while. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because Ashlie was phenomenal. She was so friendly and inviting, walked me through every step of the process, and was just overall phenomenal. They had someone I haven't seen before to do my waxing and not only did she leave wax on my face, it appears actually burnt. I've been getting waxed for over thirty years and this has only happened once. So in conclusion, get threaded there, but do NoT get waxed. At least on the face- I don't know how they are with waxing other body parts.
